  2. It is, hence the after Bolland I love it but part of me seriously hopes it's not a phantom! If it is, it's a great cover and well done Larry. curious. where did you get this? it's on twitter
  3. only if u read them.. Who would do such a thing...?!? Wait comics can be read What's this reading that you speak of?
  4. +1 G3 - you are not a cool dude and we should fight. My comics are SOOO much cooler than yours...
  5. :-( That's my LCS. No bueno
  6. How exactly? Long term this is not a solid OA buy even at $50 a page, sorry. If you like the art and story then the OA is worth it If you are buying on speculation only then that's a different story +1
  7. Between Bedlam yesterday and this today, I think we might be on track for an A-mazing week....
  8. Mike, I think that there are much more than 20 copies that have been graded 9.8. I know that between Seth Clemons and I, that number passed 20 around the end of June. http://www.cgcdata.com/cgc/customissues.asp?title=Saga&issuestart=0&issueend=99999&yearstart=2012&yearend=2012 That being said, I fully expect the census number to rise to well over 150. I witnessed A LOT of RRPs being signed. It was a crazy show for all things BKV. Also, those sketches are pretty awesome! Great additions to you your collection! Also, it was great to meet you in NY. For the regular #1s, sure - but the RRP edition only has 20 graded copies currently (with 17 of them being 9.8s): CGC census for Saga #1 RRP Nice meeting you too! Sorry to engage in nerd warfare, but I think that the CGC census is jacked. Check out these two entries: http://www.cgccomics.com/census/grades_standard.asp?ComicID=109434 http://www.cgccomics.com/census/grades_standard.asp?ComicID=110849 Both list the Saga RRP. I know that it's over 20 because I had 6 9.8s myself (and there were already some in the census before mine were graded) and I know that Seth Clemons subbed about 20 of them. I think that there's a glitch in the system

  10. Mile High isn't so bad as long as you use their discount codes. Their back issues are pretty much always 40-60% off. This code is good for a few days: NEALADAMS!
  11. I don't like Mike. He always makes great book recommendations, then sells me back issues to read at a very reasonable price. He always drops books by my office (no shipping costs) and then we BS for way too long about what books we think are awesome. Just a total scumbag. :-) In all seriousness, Mike is awesome. Great seller!
  12. Public service announcement: Branget exists. He is neither a robot, a printing press, or Robert Kirkman. Thank you for your time.
  13. I hope that it's a great story, but that the art is uneventful
  14. Thoughts on having the Taster's Choice TPB removed from the registry set for Chew? I'm all for it. Who gets TPBs graded? Them's for reading!
  15. If anyone wants to try and arbitrage Chuck: http://www.milehighcomics.com/cgi-bin/backissue.cgi?action=list&title=16816512979&snumber=1
  16. Do you know what I'm looking forward to reading? Saga.
