  1. They were reprints. And they did the same for other issues too:
  2. How about a hint? And are not talking about reprinted books like Our Love Story #27-31 & 33?
  3. Marvel Tales #34 (a really hard book to find in high grade).
  4. Is this one of them? Still thinking about others...
  5. Monsters on the Prowl #14 Yup. And the other books was:
  6. I'd like to buy a clue. One is from a Western. The other is from a horror title.
  7. I'm thinking Western Gunfighters something-or-other. If I was a bettin' man I'd say they were from the same book, But what do I know... The art is from two separate books and two different titles.
  8. Nice work, Greg. These might be too easy but if we're talking Picture Frames, we need some Gil Kane fingers and noses. These are from two different books:
  9. Good stuff, MC. Trivia question: With one exception, every Picture Frame Marvel uses a solid color for the picture frame. What is the one book that uses a mottled or speckled frame?
  10. Wow, wow, and wow. You've been holding back. Are you going to create a registry set? You've got killer PFs and it would be great to see them all in one place.
  11. Wasn't me with the 9.8s. They are killer books but those are some shocking prices. The 9.8 Conan #14 for $2111 was another eye opening hammer price. I did get the 9.6 Conan #13 but struck out on the the 9.8 Hero For Hire #4. Neither of which went for huge prices. I wish I would have dug a little deeper for the Hero for Hire.
  12. MC, where have you been? This thread has been getting lonely without you posting stuff. The RK #106 was an auction win. But both the Marvel Super-Heroes #32 and RK #100 were recent raw purchases. It gives me hope there are more needles to be found in the picture frame haystacks.
