  1. That is all... if they don't sell... And life goes on. Any questions or comments... feel free to ask.
  2. Amazing Spider-man 103 CGC 7.0 Off White to White Pages - I think it presented well for the assigned grade. I am going higher than current GPA Take it home for $60
  3. Amazing Spider-man 82 8.5 - Cream to OW Pages - Nice book... I recently upgraded as I thought my copy was lower than an 8.5. Getting a weird glare on the scanner from the slab so cell phone pics accompany. GPA is a little weird on this one and 8.0 sales have been higher... so... $125 takes it home. Something tells me that someone on eBay will take it for higher... and pay tax on it.
  4. Amazing Spider-man 74 - 8.0 - OW-White Pages - Nice Centering 90 High is $113. Avg is $100 $100 can take it home.
  5. Since I am already making a trip to the post office... 12HR FS Post (Or when I pull it down after I wake up tomorrow and move them to Facebook and /or eBay or just put em back in a box for a year) Some undercopies. Rules: No one from the Probation List or Hall of Shame list or the one guy I have on ignore may participate. That one person knows who they are. Payment to be made via PayPal Goods and services - Sorry, no pickup Shipping is on the buyer - I ship via USPS Priority - International Sales are welcome but I only ship to you via Priority (I have to be able to track it.) Returns are taken at buyer's shipping expense so long as you let me know within three days of receipt and you ship it out within three days of that. I go by time stamp via in the thread or PM. Threadcrapping is always entertaining - this allows @jsilverjanet to express his constant infatuation of my mom.
  6. So I bought a computer... and I am going through my current one to start culling and getting rid of as many unnecessary files and things before the new one arrives. Found this...
  7. Yeah, I think you are right... I just slid a piece of paper in between the slab and the inner well and its definitely not the shell... must be the inner well.
  8. Just tried your settings and I got the same glare in the same spot. I am beginning to think that it is the slab. Thanks though... I appreciate the time and effort.
  9. I am already in trouble with the village for making chicken soup on my front lawn. Shoes were already sold on eBay. I've been working from home.
  10. Vuescan Also put a towel on top of it and also flipped it. Same thing happens.
  11. 8300... this is not doing this with other books... what am I doing wrong with this one?
  12. Sigh... Purchase made at 7:35 EST... buyer lives in Texas where it was 6:35... So his daughter was up at 6:35 making purchases on his eBay account as a surprise. By 7:37/6:37 I had a cancellation request. He says that they cannot afford it right now. I believe that all of us should help Jerry during his time of financial need and block him from buying comic books that they cannot afford.
  13. At one point ASM 1 and AF15 were sold for the same amounts. I remember looking at the advertisements and seeing them listed on the same line for the same prices in the same grades... I remember internally debating with my 11 year old self which I would get if I had to make a choice in spending money I already did not have.
  14. Speaking of you... I had screencapped a homage cover to Startling Comics 49 that I am trying to find... it was a kid cartoon book... I am going through my old computer trying to find it to no avail.
  15. I have signed up for a Marvel subscription for one book (ASM) fulfilled by Midtown. The books arrive in a backing board with cellophane around the comic. The first one, honestly arrived perfectly. The second one... less than perfect... far far far far less than perfect. It looks like I will cancel the subscription if it happens again and then just wait a year and buy them all on the second hand market. I am down to one title. No comic store is holding that for me.
  16. If they 'make' a next volume. I was collecting the hardcover TPB of GI Joe with the lead in comments and notes and everything else. They were amazing. It was like reading the director's commentary of a movie. They made it to volume 8 and solicited volume 9 only for them to cancel the line halfway through the marvel run due to poor sales. I hated having an incomplete set so I sold them this spring... made a ton off them since I bought them from Amazon and IDW ceased their printings of them. However, I would have liked to have seen the set be completed and I would have kept them. I always wonder is it better to buy these types of things as they are released or wait until a certain set is complete?
  17. I don't believe for a second that the 'holding it for a friend' line has ever led anyone wrong.
  18. I believe I actually do have a page of unpublished art now that I think of it. I bought what was supposed to be the cover for a GI Joe Snake Eyes comic from IDW or the cover of a TPB... either way it was never used. It was advertised from the artist, Agustin Padilla as a cover... to this day I have no idea if or where it was ever published... it might have been scrapped at the last minute... either way... it's a great Snake Eyes...
  19. They are playing the Cure, “In Between Day” again... can I start twirling like it’s 1987 again?
  20. I’m traveling home... I don’t know how to look up numbers from the phone so I will just run into Target and take a look.
