And this is about to turn into a plastic crack thread... okay... Same rules as above. There will be Lego and whatever Action Figures I can see laying around that need new homes. None of these have yet to be listed on eBay. If you know of anything else I might have listed, feel free to inquire and I can pull things away from other areas and sell them here. However, if it is listed somewhere else, it will not be listed here.

Actually, today I am walking around and culling items. I listed a few things on eBay and as soon as I find henchman #1's weapon... I have a smaller Lego set I have to list that goes for over $100. Might go through some Action figures later. The comics I will go through some other time... and only after I receive my books back from the McFarlane signing so I can figure out what I am keeping of that lot. I am not a fan of cluttered areas and try to do my best to sell off things rather that hold everything just to know that somewhere it is locked up in a bin some place. I also weigh my options. Would I rather have "this" Snake Eyes figure or have more money to put toward renovating another room?

Considering that it comes from the Massachusetts State Department of Revenue, I would say that they disagree with your assessment as far as Massachusetts' vested interest goes in the matter. The Department of Revenue specifically names comics, old or current. The issue raised to them was also to take into account comics sold as collectables. I cut and pasted the full response:
