So let me get this straight, you are nominating someone for a block list in regards to a transaction that you have had nothing to do with. Yup because the behavior is objectively foul. Buying a CGC sealed book and than asking for a return is obnoxious and deserves to be a basis for a block. I would want this block if I was another seller Moreover, if you and Kav want to defend buyers thats your choice. I am defending sellers. It's nice to have a cause. In the meantime have a snickers. Oh, and what might your eBay ID please? I would like to block you since my cousin's coworker's neighbor's sister has a friend who claims that they had a problem with you.

I really liked this cover. It basically screamed at me that this Wood illustration was the inspiration for a whole bunch of Spielberg movies. On top of that I used eBay bucks and x5 earning new eBay bucks to get it.

I'm going through all of this for the first time. I also want to see this fire pit. Part of me would like to imagine that it is 200ft by 2ft to create a wall of fire across the front of the property to scare trespassers like a fire moat. He said it was 10x40, and someone else did the math. I would guess he meant a 10x40 fire pit area, but it certainly is more fun to think about a 400 square foot fire pit all lit up. Nope he specifically said he did a small 10x40 foot fire pit (that's 400sqft) Yeah, I get that - notice where I said "he said it was 10x40" - but I assume he misspoke in what he meant by "fire pit", as in the entire area involved rather than just the part that, you know, has the fire. Because that would have been insane. By insane you really mean 'awesome'

Forward me the details... I have to run out and grab something for my costume tomorrow.

Oddly, LEGO has chosen to release the first photographs of the set picturing it in front of the actual firehouse used in the film, instead of the usual polished press photos. There’s no accompanying press release as yet, but we do know the set will contain 4,634 pieces and nine minifigures: Peter Venkman, Raymond Stantz, Egon Spengler, Winston Zeddemore, Janine Melnitz, Dana Barrett, Louis Tully, Zombie Driver and the Library Ghost. It will also include Slimer and pink and blue ghosts. The set will be available for purchase in January for $349.99 USD.

Here is my thoughts on this debate. It is not worth making a point of standing up to the interpretation and execution of the code be it interpreted correctly or incorrectly by either the sender, recipient, or the USPS when you are dealing with other people's comic books. If this is a fight I am willing to take on, then I should send my own books as trial packages back and forth to my mailing address until an incident occurs that allows me to challenge a ruling that is unfavorable toward me. When I am shipping someone else's books that is not my fight and therefore I usually do not recommend media mail but will allow it if I am released from any responsibility if the package is opened and detained by the USPS. I like priority.

That's not the way I like to play just a tip. I got this for my girlfriend at NYCC, she loved it - that was great... that was a "gotta get that gotta get that gotta get that" moment. I have watched a few segments of Archer since then just because of that purchase to see what it is all about.

All I need is a set of agreed upon rules which in my mind are the previous ones. I would like an "official" copy of them though to post. It's going to be the Wordpress site. If that can be gotten for me then we are good to go. I'm working right now so earliest would be later.
