As an investment I think its like anything else it has the potential to go up and down. If they reboot the new a new FF movie and they get it right this time things should go up. Over the course of 7 to 10 years you might have to pick the right time to sell to maximize profit. FF seems to be a little less popular at the moment so it is likely a good time to buy. If I was going to look at FF books that might go up I'd stick with 1st appearances 1, 4 and especially 5..Unless Subby and Doom team up in a movie I doubt #6 has a massive spike might go up but who knows. Subby does seem like a hard character to portray running around in his bathing suit After Avengers smash debut and if Spidey is good this summer you know studios will be drooling to cash in and FF reboot will be in the works

While I doubt the book was found in a storage locker, who would be dumb enough to leave a slabbed AF 15 in a storage locker. Buy a damn briefcase if you need portable storage. On the other hand I will say some people are dumb when making an auction look fake or shady. I bought an AF 15 from a seller on E bay that could'nt figure out how to get a clean shot of the Serial numbers. I emailed and got the numbers and it checked out. I think it scared people away because you could'nt read the numbers. If its the real deal someone is likely going to get a deal because the seller has made things look kind of shady

I am sure there will be quite a run up in the next few days, but why those two don't have a reserve seems kind of silly. I predict one of them goes off for a steal. Especially the 5 why not wait until there is an official announcement for a reboot of FF. Seems like the wrong time to be selling a rare copy IMO

Yeah when I got back into collecting a few years ago ASM #1 was my grail. I never bought one but now I look at that cover and I don't see the appeal anymore. Hulk 1 is just such a much more interesting cover. Cool colors, word bubbles, I love the ? mark word bubble. To me Jim 83 is drab, I do like TOS 39 though. DD is pretty cool too.

Check out Art.com they have tons of Mavel Comic related stuff. The Prints are Giclees which is a water based printing method the colors are sharp. The down side the oversize prints are costly to frame. I nearly had a cow when I brought them to the frame shop

Without going all the way through this thread has anyone come up with shelving that will fit Magazine sized short boxes. That won't break the bank. I am looking for some thing clean and no hirer than 3 boxes high and likely 8 feet long I looked into getting some custom shelves but that is going to be expensive. Thanks Greg
