  1. Great cover and looks to be in 7.0/7.5. Get hold of the dealer and buy it via mail order!!
  2. tell me aboot it please. Will it be good on a bacon buttie? It would make an old shoe taste good. Even one of Andy's?
  3. Taking 10 of them from Gerry would mean you have 10 amateurish restored copies though I have a hell of a story coming up for the board regarding Gerry, I'll post it in about a month's time when everything lines up. The timing of this thread is quite odd. I think the comic industry is about to witness the re-emergence of Gerry Ross. Everyone buying SA and GA books needs to be extra vigilant when dealing with CL, Kijiji, and ebay. What on earth is Merry Gerry going to do?
  4. Worth watching. Interesting that he mentions Frank Miller Dark Knight #1 being worth $30 back then as a good investment. Does anybody know what the book value of it is now? $65 in NM, according to OS. I sold my last NM copy for $18.75 To be fair, Overstreet overvalues a lot of books, especially from the ' 80s onwards.

I love ya cause you know all I know and have forgotten more than I know and just cant slip one bye you bayou I don't seem to forget anything, especially from that era. Clearly not enough drugs.

  10. Forgot you were at the Beeb. And the Women's Doubles final is still on....
  11. I assume you're not a fan of the tennis, but your missus is?
  12. Those K.G. Murray Batmans are sweet. No surprise that McAlpine has them as he's possibly the Batfan in the U.K. (apologies Chris!).
  13. Such as? Haven't bought from him in some time...
