On 8/16 and 8/17 I sent the following messages asking about payment and explaining my reasons for asking, yet still no response. I wasn't ready to assume negatively yet as some people get tied up with other things or unfortunate situations occur. Finally on 8/20 I sent: To which he responded In the end rip67vdub decided it was more convenient to save $2 and feel that instant gratification. Thank goodness he at least owned up and told me he has no intention on buying the book as I could've been sitting on it for weeks. It's a shame as there was another potential buyer in line who could've already had the book in his hands if rip67vdub had told me earlier his intentions. Sounds like a clear cut case to me. He's got a sales thread open right now in the modern forum, BTW.

I voted no. Not a fan of TPBs in the registry. Almost as bad as putting foreign comics in the registry.

I have 2 modern fast track books that I submitted back towards end of Jan., still sitting on graded for about 2 weeks now. Then I would suggest you call. I checked 3 accounts after you posted the 6-7 weeks and all show modern FT as shipped as recent as March 13th. The regular modern are showing graded from early to mid Feb. Yep, I did this morning. That is why I posted that they were gonna take 6-7 weeks now for FT submissions. Not sure what to tell you. I checked no less than 20 invoices across 3 accounts and all FT are in the 2-3 week range. If you're sure it's FT then I'd encourage you to call again. I've seen discrepancies of a few days quite often and up to a week occasionally. I have regular moderns graded that were submitted later than your FT. Something ain't right. I dunno man...like I pointed out in my post, my most recent FT took 6 weeks.

You need to make a call on that one. +1 My most recent FT took 15 business days ... I'll give them a call tomorrow. They received the books on Feb. 9th. Called them this morning and they got it shipped out for me. I'm guessing that my submission had somehow flown under the radar. The customer service rep explained that they were "down a man" this week.

Hard to argue with this iconic cover! I used to owned this copy. It was a self-submission. I also used to have a copy in NM+ Such a great looking comic!

This is true, but if you look at the data the gains still aren't mind-blowing. NM copies seem to be a safer investment, but I swear the curves make it seem like the book is barely keeping up with inflation.
