  1. She was the one preparing the food at the beginning of the first episode. She was damn crazy in the comics, so I wouldn't put it past her. Some of these are really far fetched.
  2. Sure that isn't a 2nd printing? has there been a second printing?
  3. I just sold a copy less than a month ago for $2250. Had a few bidders, too. I sold because i just don't think it's going to go higher. I still have a personal copy that I'll keep, but a 9.8 should still be able to fetch 2K if you do a legit auction timed right.
  4. I know that books dropped off at WW Chicago took until the middle or end of the following week to start showing up online. That's probably a fair guide for NYCC too. Actually just popped into the system. Nice work, CGC!
  5. Any news on if they started processing NYCC books?
  6. I'd love to know the story of how this sale happened. It's legit the most important piece of WD memorabilia that's available in the secondary market.
  7. I just saw that when I checked it out this morning to make sure It was a real thing that I owned. Sad that it's crazy seeing rick with two hands!
  8. It was on CLink for about a year from Tony for 50K. It may have been sold privately by Tony to JJ, but that's the last known price tag for it. This is all public information, but I also don't want to crank up the rumor mill. Either way, congrats to two big-timers on a hell of a transaction. This is the biggest piece of OA i've heard of or seen moving at the Con thus far.
  9. Speaking of grails that I'll never afford. Finally got a scan of my second Tony Moore commission...
  10. .....wow Crazy, right??? I don't want to be discourteous or tacky, but I really do wonder what it went for. Walking Dead Kool-Aid aside, it's a sure-fire top 10 cover from the Modern era. Couldn't believe it when I saw it.
  11. Not bad at all! You'll get the hang of it. I just sent in a WD #1 that I thought was flawless, and it came back a 9.4 You never know. You're just paying for their professional opinion.
  12. More HUGE news on the OA side... Looks like our own JJ let got of WD #19. Congrats on the monster pick up, Gene. http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=1041763&GSub=147836
  13. Just heard the 10 year anniversary B&W #1's have officially sold out for the entire weekend. Finished.
  14. I don't think it gets a bid at the opening price. Unless someone on the boards happens to see this... Which, I'm sure he has.
  15. Which to me sort of sounds insane given it's a panel page from a modern book, but I'd rather have that a lot of covers.
