  1. There are so many other copies of these issues out there, why would anyone bother with any of them...ever?
  2. Oscar was my favorite character on Sesame Street as a kid, so this was awesome to acquire. I'll be framing it soon with some stuff my mom made me when I was young. Not sure why this won't post correctly, but I purchased this from Aaron Lopresti. I love his take on Ben. Another dumb image orientation issue, but this was the first comic book I purchased off the spinner rack when I was a kid. This isn't my original copy but I finally found one that was as close to new as possible.
  3. That's interesting. She's one smart meth-head! A crackerjack!
  4. What the hell are you telling ME for??? @Buzzetta is the one that keeps the tabs.
  5. Ha! 'Round these parts you're not scoring ANY good stuff from me. Like you, I pay a fair price to get the better things but I don't leave anything behind. I wouldn't want to be stuck with so I don't stick people with it, at least when buying from individuals. Also, I'm not sure I'm THAT much younger than you are.
  6. @jimjum12 I'm so happy to see you active in the forum again.
  7. I hear ya. The ones I've turned up have had that stuff in it, but it wasn't the majority. Best find was a collection of 800+ books from the 60s-70s, with the later 70s stuff in yellowed bags stuck together. When peeled from the bags they were press-fresh. Amazing condition.
  8. I don't know why that never crossed my mind, but you're probably right on that.
  9. If she's homeless, how did she get to sit down at a computer and create an account and post in here?
  10. I didn't click on it, no. Definitely a situation where he pointed someone to it.
  11. Tell me what you're saying without telling me what you're saying. I turned things around 180 degrees. We'll see if he eventually can.
  12. I don't believe that for a second. He knows exactly what he's doing every second of every day. He's stalling for time until he can collect as much cash as possible and then disappear.
  13. I've picked up several this past year. They're out there if your search is wide enough and you're hustling.
  14. Intermingling of his personal books and client's books accidentally? LOL. Yeah, riiiiiight. Pull the other one.
  15. LOL. If you think this is going to affect their bottom line AT ALL, there's a bridge I have to sell you.
  16. I haven't seen an uptick in cancellations, but I have seen an uptick in buttmunch low-ballers. One guy lowballed me on 37 listings. I awoke to that the other morning. Declined every one then blocked him. Stupid effer.
  17. Interesting that the Amazing Fantasy #15 he sold has just "AF 15" as the title. Almost like it was pre-arranged where someone would look for that exact listing and it wasn't active for long.
  18. Just because he's paid to suck and has sucked since the 70s doesn't mean he doesn't, in fact, suck. That's terrible artwork no matter what way you slice it.
  19. Have you thought about getting an eBay store? For $22/month you can have 1,000 free listings.
  20. ...or when Ghost Adventures finally find one! Do you realize they've been on 17 YEARS??? Lol.
