I am not the typical OA buyer as I rarely buy anything and what I do buy is usually in the $500 range. I knew the Death: the Time of Your Life post card art was coming to auction and it is my favorite piece as I used that post card as a book mark for over a decade. So I decided I would save up a bit and take a stab at it; I very foolishly thought 5K would have given me a decent shot since it was a smaller piece and only used in promotional advertisements. I am at least glad I found out early that I was being naive... lol.

Jim Lee signatures moved from GEI to G/QC today. No movement on remarq/sketch; still sitting in scheduled for grading No movement on CCS; had two graded 9.6s and submitted them during the 50% off so no real loss when they are destroyed by CGC learning how to press a book by smashing it with their foot in the parking lot.

Did you delete your other thread? Value wise it would be debatable if your buying a bulk lot, but $1 isn't terrible given your location. I think the better question is is it worth it to you! That is really all that matters at the end of the day.

That is well outside of my previous purview but I would assume it varies state-to-state based on property rights. Talking completely out of my butt here; generally the landlord tentatively becomes the owner of the unclaimed property abandoned in their building to do with as they please. I would recommend having a lawyer draft a letter to the landlord emphasizing that all property be kept secure due to pending litigation, but I do not know how Oregon law works in this situation.

There is a registry sub-forum that this would fit better in but be careful offering any criticism of it with the current administrators; most complaints are now told to just create "custom" sets. This also applies to newsstands which have a higher point value when entered, so your Universal direct edition comics are #3 on the tier list.
