  1. I have tons of old comics lying around doing nothing but taking up space. I could call up a few dealer friends and have them clear me out, but I want to torture myself a bit more before I give up completely. So here I am!

These are bulk lots of Disney Dell comics, nothing newer than 1960 (I think newest is 1959) and ranging in grade from 2.0 to 5.0 - mostly in the 3.0-4.0 range. These are great for reading, for place holders, or, and this is my subversive favorite suggestion - give them to your younger kids (6-9 or so, depending on their reading level and interest), or grandkids, or neighbor kids, or friends kids. I had my two girls reading these in bed as they went to sleep (not these particular copies, but 1950's Dells) - just as they were meant to be used! And it isn't screen time (Imagine that you can sell comics by saying it isn't screen time! Used to be comics WERE the screen time parents were trying to get their kids away from. Little did they know what evils awaited!).

Usual rules apply - no bad people, HOSers or the like

PayPal is preferred. Check accepted but has to clear before books are sent out.

Shipping will be listed with each lot. NOTE - these will not be bagged nor boarded. I will ship them securely so they won't be damaged (more) in shipping nor get wet should it be left on your front porch in a rain storm.

Questions encouraged, more pics can be got if you ask, and if this is successful I may list more lots of Disney Dell, and even other Dell books (requests taken as well). If this isn't successful I will be filling some dealers storage room . . .

    Thanks for looking!!!

  2. Some ODD and ends kind of books. 3 lots of books - 1st edition Classics, Buster Brown give away comics, and Calling All Boys. Fun stuff!

Usual rules, no HOSers, Probies or bad people.

First :takeit:in the thread trumps DMs and negotiated takes.

Paypal G&S, I will listen to offers, no guarantees I will accept them!

Shipping on these will be $10 (since there are up to 7 comics in each group) - CONUS only, CANADA at cost, and elsewhere lets discuss before you bid.

I will leave these up until Friday afternoon.

    Thanks!

    Weird Fantasy 21, 3.0, $110
Frazetta cover. You can see the crease on the top right front corner. Staples attached and secure. The worst offender though is the 2" tear on the back. See photo with Post It. And no, I did not put a Post It's adhesive side on the comic! That's the whole pad, backing included. Anyhow, that was a 1" tear when I bought this from Leroy Harper a few years ago. Then I mishandled it. Now it is a 2" tear. :tonofbricks: I've actually sold this here, and then bought it back here. Keep the boardie swap alive and add this low-grade, affordable Frazetta to your collection today! Mega! New! Old! Culling my collection! Focusing my collection! Dog needs surgery! Wait, I don't have a dog...

Take (why can't I just not buy any comics for at least a week!? WHY?!?!)

  4. The Perfect Crime 30, 2.5 or so. Never had a bottom staple, but fully attached at top staple all the way through. Spine is rough, right edge has small rips. Creases near spine. Cover is bright and glossy. And what a cover! That Dame means business! Hot book. 4.0 sold last year for $299. I'm going to ask $200.
