NC governor just extended public school closings to May 15th. Heroes Con in June probably is in serious doubt now.

Now the governor has ordered all public schools in the state ( NC) to close for two weeks.

Wake county schools (Raleigh, NC) are closing for two weeks after a teacher has tested positive. 🙁

And now the NBA has suspended all remaining games.

Each post in this thread switches from 80s comic and fashion nostalgia to colonoscopies and enemas. What's most sad about that is the fact I'm enjoying reading all of it.

My apologies for the delay...my wife had a massive heart attack on the evening of Monday December 16th, they can't figure out how she survived a 100% blockage of the "widow-maker" artery. She is now the proud owner of a "full metal jacket" in her heart and is now home resting. 

 

That is absolutely a Christmas miracle. I learned all about the widow maker this summer when I had 4 stints put in and they discovered mine was 75% blocked. 

Im glad she's ok now.

Mailed mine out today. It should get there easily before Christmas if the postal system does its job.

On the other hand I finally received my moms happy thanksgiving card last week...and she only lives 20 miles away.
