  1. Ep #3 No idea what's happening. At all. Gets a bonus point for gratuitous lesbian sex and good fight scenes. 6 / 10
  2. A couple of stops: Star Trek Hardback Graphic Novels - still sealed x 55 Some 1960 Archie comics, couple of Marvel Presents and a smattering of hardback TWD compendiums, plus assorted TPBs and comics. There's not much about - people are hoarding, and what there is, is no longer cheap. This lot was approx $350 USD I'm more and more heading into TPB /GN hauls, as the profit is there, but a lot slower to get it, as they are reprints basically.
  3. Ep #2 - kinda went around and around and went nowhere until the last 2 minutes. 4 / 10 At least we know where #3 is going - hopefully it won't take for ever and hammer home the same message - thou shalt not kill. Or can you? You've made the point guys - move on!
  4. I haven't read the comic, only vaguely heard of it tbh. There was a fair bit of chit-chat and too much PG13 stuff - so I see where it will fall short compared to The Boys or Invincible. However - I am interested enough to watch ep #2. A duplicate bad-guy, 2 dead 'heroes' (although I'm not sure if I even got their names!) and a throwback to the 1930's is enough to keep me watching. I can see it turning into a brat soap-opera type disaster though, kinda 90210 meets West Coast Avengers - enough with the stereotypical rebel chick, bad- sleezy guy and wannabe hero son. That's been done to death. So for me, depends which way eps 2 + 3 go. 5.5 / 10 for Ep #1 Onwards!
  5. He's also a mainstay in Fear The Walking Dead - from Season 1 to now. Probably has a stash of TWD #1's around as well!
  6. Man, they are actually going with Little Nina and Herogasm. R18+ for sure....... This is going to be awesome or a complete bust.
  7. I'm liking the 'best of other series' actors in this: Tig Notaro (Jett Reno - Star Trek Discovery) Garret Dillahunt (John Dorie - Fear The Walking Dead Theo Rossi (Juan 'Juice' Ortez - Sons Of Anarchy) All were excellent in their 'Break-Out' roles - (Notaro still is) - so excellent casting by the Snyder team!
  8. Been a very smooth three months with daily managed payments. I'm pleasantly surprised. For our American friends, its broken down very simply for your dreaded switch to IRS rules in 2022 - fees, shipping, taxes etc, all in a monthly download report. Zero problems, which considering this is ebay, is quite remarkable.
  9. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/124707159025?hash=item1d09203bf1:g:-WYAAOSwBxJgj1V6 What am I missing here thats causing this feeding frenzy? I can see 1 carnage book. I have to be missing something?
  10. Not the PSA/DNA - although that is seriously screwed up... This: Why would you put the sticker on the book - and who are 'Excelsior approved'? This guy has about 50 of them - and some with DNA as well. World's gone crazy
  11. I have been to the dark side, and loved what I found.... Plus Bats #251 (6.5) #386 (9.8) etc So yeah, I reckon there are a few good DC books out there still... Power Girl, Black Lightning and John Constantine stand out as under-priced, but the most under-priced for mine is Batman #357 - Killer Croc is due to explode.
  12. Apologies if already covered.. This seems to maybe be some Aussie guy, but this bloke is selling dozens of 'Stan Lee' signed comics. All 'guaranteed' by Excelsior. Never heard of them - but even if this is real - why in the name of all that's holy would your 'proof' sticker be STUCK DIRECTLY ON THE COMIC??? Mind officially boggled that someone could be so dumb. Seriously WTAF? https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/333826855502?hash=item4db9a1924e:g:DJwAAOSwsgtf2fkL There's this from 2017 - but why so many books with an Australian seller? This market is batshizzle crazy.....
  13. You only on #1 Damn Bosco, you've got some hardcore violence coming your way, plus a bloody good story wrapped around it. Loved the comic, love the show.
  14. Ep #8 is seriously R18+ Brutal - do not let the little 'uns watch...... What a great show - sticks well to the original book but with a couple of little twists. It's so much better than I thought it would be. 9 /10
  15. You guys know that when the parcel changes carrier, insurance is void right? As soon as Aust Post hands over to USPS at the airport - insurance is void As soon as USPS hands over the other way - insurance is void. I had a stand up row in the PO but they were adamant - once a parcel leaves the host carrier (international obviously) insurance coverage ceases. Oh and good luck claiming with Fedex unless you have a receipt from a 'recognised official seller' - whatever than means. I just send $40k worth to USA - with no insurance (tracked and guaranteed 48 hrs) - but Aust Post Coverage ceased (max $5000) as soon as it went on an American (or UK or wherever) airplane. I paid the premium for guaranteed 48 hr delivery as its the safest way. It's pretty much impossible to claim, as Postal Services do their damndest to decline, decline, decline until you give up, or they find it. Next time, I'm waiting until Covid is under control (god knows when) and flying over - its cheaper than the damn insurance for high value books. I will say that Heritage were very helpful, and arranged everything through their insurance - but obviously you have to consign with them for them to help you. Some dealers on here have their own Fedex accounts, so they may be worth reaching out to.
  16. Thats insanely good value (shows as 10 for $23 for me) Ebay sales are between $10 - $20 each for those DC hardbacks. They are slow sellers though.
  17. On Netflix now - Jessica Henwick (GOT, Colleen Wing), Michael Rooker (TWD, GOTG) - family friendly apocalypse movie. harmless, and fun. Turn your brain off, and enjoy a night with the kids. Good action-packed family movie 8/10
  18. And mine just sold at 2 for $5... Oh well, sale honoured of course, congrats to the lucky buyer !!
  19. Like most of you guys, my jaw continues to drop with each new GPA high recorded on key (and not so key) Marvel books. Will the frenzy ever jump to DC? I have to shake my head when some common Marvel keys are selling like hot cakes and at nosebleed prices, when my early Tec's seem to be all but forgotten in the madness. Will DC ever shine again? I look at my Tec #36,#38, #58 and #66 plus early Batman keys and think - blimey these are genuine key books, but there appears to be nothing sale-wise on GPA for months. Are these books, and other DC genuine keys stone cold? If not, what am I missing, and where? I love my Tecs, and spent 10 yrs collecting just these 4, so won't be getting rid tomorrow - but one day I will, certainly in the next 10 yrs max. Is DC dead? I'd love to hear peoples thoughts on the future of DC key books (from any age) especially the DC collectors. Thanks!
  20. So there's this guy (and most of us refer to 'this guy' as we really don't want 'this guy' swarmed with other hunters after we have done all the work to FIND 'this guy') X-Men Some silver - Ok shape, nothing flash x 8 #143 - #346 complete. At todays exchange rate = $630 USD And I don't know why they have rotated... Wierd.
  21. Not sure if I posted some up when I bought them, but they finally arrived in Australia .
  22. No - USED to own - biggest error in my comic life selling this book - been waiting 10 years to find another with no success
