I seventh that motion. I've had successful transactions with comicseekers in the past, but I do know that there have been board transaction problems with him at least 3 or 4 times. Definite Hall of Shame material. I'm telling you right now, comicseekers is going to be piiii-iii-ssed off, alright. In the very least, he'll be wanting that $20 back.

I am moving these quotes to the discussion thread. If I am not mistaken, this guy has been on the prob list four times now. comicseekers (added 6/1/07 & removed on 7/6/07; added 5/10/09 & removed 6/2/09); added and removed again on 8/11/09 Besides that there was a huge debacle over long boxes he sold to board members which took awhile to clear up. I think he also made another member pay him $20 to get removed from the prob list or he paid the member to get himself removed. I don't remember the details. In my book this guy should never be allowed to buy or sell. Shouldn't this member be moved to the Hall of Shame. He went on mine long ago. Sorry to hear about this. I think this is the reality. Don't know that HOS is appropriate for CS yet, but he's headed in the right (er, wrong) direction.

Missed that whole first ordeal... wish there was a way to post problem newbies after their original threads get pulled... at least we'd have a "heads up" that there may be a problem with that person. +1 to this thought. There are plenty of oldtimers who have their sales' threads yanked for not following the rules as well - it seems like an inability (or unwillingness) to comprehend the forum FS guidelines isn't just limited to new board members. Well, not necessarily. For example, Moondog's AirBoy sales thread was pulled, but the title's still there and it accomplishes everything he wanted . . . so who has trouble comprehending the rules? I'd say it was a pretty good "end around"
