  1. While I love the book, if it hits that price, I'm selling.
  2. Not taking shots at Hellboy, but have you ever checked the sales? They aren't outstanding.
  3. I enjoyed The Division but it felt slow and clunky. I also didn't feel like the grind was worth it. My friend jumped up to level 8 so we couldn't go in the Darkness Zone together, so we grinded up to level 8. It was redundant and boring. We also didn't get loot that great. Then we went in the DZ which was fun, but it got boring quick. With three of us, it was easy to take over people. Then all of a sudden the map was empty of people. Then we went into another area and were suddenly overwhelmed by the sheer number of people. It was odd. The level thing was annoying. We should have all been able to go into the darkness zone regardless of level. At the end of the day, I'm going back to Destiny.
  4. While a huge Ottley fan, I felt 126 was really sloppy. On that note, my store missed 125 in my pull box, so I've been a bit behind until yesterday. Huge surprise at the end the end of 126. 127 hasn't come out yet, right?
  5. I thought it was going to be an update about a sale of the issue referenced in the first thread. I love Batman Beyond!
  6. From my experience, Campbell variants/covers hold their value well. Eh, not within the past two years. I think that is only because he is drawing a TON of covers a year. Covers on main titles with popular characters hold there value. Just look at some of the books discussed in this thread and the premium they demand.

  10. Really? Dang! I love this book, but that sort of delay is pretty awful. Why is it so long?
  11. No offense, but it is pretty hard to tell how "Nice Looking" that actually is from the picture...
  12. Sorry if this was mentioned, but have we gotten a release date for this? I know it got moved after Daredevil's second season. I'm hoping it is quicker than Jessica Jones.
  13. It might be blasphemy, but I actually think Romita is a better cover artist than Kirby.
  14. As a big proponent of the comic, did Swick ever post his thoughts?
  15. I'm going to preface what I'm going to say with a few notes. First, I'm only in the middle of 5 and I think it is good. I was also a HUGE fan of the book long before there were whispers of a TV show. Having said that, I feel like there is a lot of wasted potential. As others and reviewers said, having Purple Man as the driving storyline is disappointing. Even in the book, while it was an intricate part of the story, it wasn't the driving factor. Up until episode 5, we really haven't seen her be a true PI. I wanted to see some crime noir and mystery. People poo poo the idea, but I wouldn't mind a villain of the week type storyline. I'm interested to see how it turns, but this is no way near as good as DD. Oh and I've really liked Luke Cage. Hopefully they push him a bit more in the second half of the season. He's a decent character and at times the only one I like.
  16. I wish they'd used Danvers. The friend that hosts a radio show does seem off. Danvers would have been a nice Easter egg. Imagine how the Internet would have exploded if it had been Danvers?
