Nope- basically it's a new story about HOW the plans were stolen. We've never seen that and it is completely fresh. True, but unless someone takes a blaster shot to the back of the head just before handing the plans over, we know the end result. Ok...? They tell us right off the bat what is going to happen in Romeo and Juliet. It didn't stop people from reading it...

Just out of curiosity, would you tell an author not to go to college and study English? Or a welder not to go to college? A cook? Actually I think culinary school is a good example. Having worked in some upscale kitchens growing up, I heard a lot of opinions on culinary school. Many said they made it on their own and made good money now. However, a lot of them got an instant foot in the door because of culinary school. They didn't have to work at the local chain flipping burgers. It had its advantages and disadvantages.

Great cover! It really has skyrocketed in the past few years. What kills me is that I passed on it when I had the chance to grab it for $50 graded CGC 9.8. K. It's already at more than I paid for mine Jerome I really need to dig through some long boxes. I could swear I have a raw copy of the book somewhere.

Chris, I wouldn't watch it even if you paid me. I haven't enjoyed it much the last few years, but I still watch. Largely because my wife enjoys it. I'd take Game of Thrones over it any day of the week. Having said that, I still really enjoy the comic each month. I'm a bit behind simply because I'm not reading moderns as quickly as I used to. Having said all that, I'd much rather spend 2k on a silver age Spidey key any day of the week.

People were saying the same thing 3 years ago... Clearly they were wrong. 3 years ago WD was in season what, 2 ? Things were going well for the show. It was in full swing and interesting. Past tense. Also 3 years ago people were saying WD 1 9.8 would be selling for 5K by now. Ummm.... no. Are things not going well for the show?

I hope this isn't true- I've been buying up all the villian first appearances in an attempt to beat the speculators. I'm still missing 2 and this might make it out of reach for a long time to come.

I didn't know that The Amazing Spider-Man Presents Black Cat JSC was valuable. I want to say I have a copy of that book. I might be doing some digging today.

My wife and I really like The Flash show. We've been watching the first season. While it definitely still follows the CW story, it is still pretty good. I'm not sure why they'd cast someone else.

Punisher is incredible. He's stealing the show. This is much better than season 1- which is saying a lot.

Despite my reservations, I ended up pick up The Division for Xbox One. I'm really enjoying it! I maxed out levels and am running the DZ. I'm trying to get to 50 in there so I can start buying all the gold blueprints and upgrading. It is pretty fun. It isn't the perfect game, but it fits the bill and fills the void while I wait for new content in Destiny on the 12th. Anyone else playing The Division? Thoughts?

Just finished episode 4. Punisher story was so well done I'm amazed. Just perfect. Then to finish the episode with you know who in his apartment? Brilliant. My wife was really annoyed because I called it.

It is a cult book... Why wouldn't it be? I also equate cult to mean something with a small but loyal following. That's exactly how I see Invincible. The numbers haven't changed much in a while.
