  1. This is not correct and I will speak to customer service to clarify. The 60 day turnaround time applies to orders we are receiving now. For the bulk orders shipping out the door right now, we are at about 33 business days, but we know that will slowly increase as we work through the backlog. We want to be as transparent as we can be because we know that turnaround times are very important to our customers. In response to additional comments I saw on this thread, no, nobody from CGC has quit or been fired. Quite the contrary, we have been hiring like crazy! Paul
  2. It usually takes a few minutes or logging out than back in to update. By now, it should certainly be working. Paul
  3. Card Savers are preferred, but Top Loaders are ok if necessary. They are not quite as safe as it is easier for the cards to slide out, so ensure that they cannot. Please note that the cards should be in penny sleeves within either the Card Savers or Top Loaders as well. Paul

  5. Well it was technically submitted as a regular card, not the variant. The Variants for this card are V1:Holo V2: No Symbol. I made the change in the system. Because it was entered incorrectly on your end, I don't think we can cover shipping. Instead, please talk to customer service about submitting this as a free Mechanical Error with your next submission, and we can ship it back with that. So no charge, just send with your next sub. In the future, note that any "error" like this that is repeated and popular, we usually do for free as a variant. Paul
  6. I see the issue. It is a missing jungle symbol. That is actually a variant which you do not have to pay for. But it was missed because it was likely submitted as a normal one with an error. Paul

  9. We've carefully calibrated our ultrasonic welders to ensure a tight and attractive seal. We also image every card after our encapsulation process and post those images to our website for an added layer of security. That being said, we are constantly working with product and machinery engineers to improve our holders and have strengthened the seal. One of the soon-to-be-released improvements for the CGC Trading Cards holder will result in an even tighter seal. Paul

  14. They are different cards so each will need its own entry. The Holo will have Holo in Variant 1, whereas Reverse Holo will have Reverse Holo in Variant 1. All the rest of the information will be the same. Paul
  15. Hello, I have looked into this submission. It was received on the afternoon of Wednesday, December 9th. While the system states it should have been done by Friday, December 11, that is technically only 1.5 business days. Due to the time at which it was received on Wednesday, it was unable to be completed by Friday. I will make sure it gets out today.
