  1. Welcome! Currently, we are at about a week to get packages received. Paul
  2. Plain penny sleeves are best. Those should then be put into a semi-rigid card holder like a Card Saver. Paul
  3. These are very odd. I am not sure, they might just be considered damage. We would need to see one in person to determine if they are an error or not. Paul
  4. I just took as look, they are graded, and are likely just waiting to be holdered, QC'd, and sent out the door. Paul
  5. Hello neighbor! To drop off cards, you need to have an Elite Membership. Then, you need to submit your cards using the online submission form as usual. After that, you must call in and make a drop-off appointment and they will explain the process to you. Please note it is strictly no contact. You would have the submission ready to go in your trunk. You pull in, pop the trunk, they grab the submission, and then you drive off. Paul
  6. Of course they do. The grade is not simply an average of the sub grades. There are numerous rules. One of which is that if the two lowest sub grades match, that is the grade. So an 8 8 6 6 is a 6 overall. Paul
  7. A box would be a safer option as the card could be damaged on the way to us. Paul
  8. Hello Harry, Unfortunately, the London office cannot currently accept cards. While we are hoping to change that in the first half of this year, for now, you'd need to mail your cards to us in the US. Thanks, Paul
  9. Maybe. It would have to be seen in hand. But it looks like it could just be sun faded. Paul
  10. Yes, you can ship the cards to us however you'd like. Paul
  11. You are mis-interpreting the submission rules. Bulk submissions, which are $8 per card, have a max value per card of $100. You can not submit cards worth more than $100 on bulk. You must also submit at least 50 cards for a bulk submission. You can of course instead use Economy, which has a max value of $400 per card, and has a grading fee of $15 per card. You can submit 1 card or 100. Paul
  12. No, we cannot currently grade that card as it will not safely fit in our holder. Paul
  13. When you submit an order through our site, the shipping charge is for return shipping from CGC to you. If you are in the US and select USPS, that shipping is insured via Registered Mail. The other options, while cheaper, are not insured. You are responsible for getting your cards safely to CGC for grading. Paul
  14. No, top loaders are worse. The cards can easily slide up an out of them in shipping. I am guessing that is what happened in this case. Top loaders can be used, but issues like this can arise. This is why we suggest Card Savers. Paul
  15. No, sorry. CGC only grades TCG cards right now. What Pokémon TCG Cards does CGC Trading Cards Grade? Paul
  16. Yes, you always need to give us much detail as possible. In this case, the card would be Unumbered, Variant 1 is Holo if the card is holo, and Variant 2 is No Rarity Symbol. Paul
  17. Our international shipping does not have insurance. If you need it insured, you should have them shipped back on your own FedEx account, or purchase private insurance. Paul
  18. Additionally, if you submit for pedigree, please make sure to write PEDIGREE in large letters on the front page of the form and highlight the pedigree. Paul
  19. It can take up to a couple weeks, please be patient. Paul
