Not normally a skeptic, but a few pics would go a long way. The dates, books bought, and info in the first paragraph don't add up. Hope it's real though!

I think so, but how long before someone removes a sticker, leaving no trace? Probably won't make a difference in the long run, whether your 1st print has a sticker or not, since it may be undetectable.

If anyone wants to buy 500 copies for me I have $125 + shipping ready, I'll get the variants + a dozen issues, you can keep the rest Go to your LCS and ask to order them. Why would they not do it? Mine will, and I just did it with the 50 states avengers to get all 50 plus all the variant covers. Your LCS has no risk or money involved, as you are paying for it all.

Dear Diamond Customer: IDW Publishing has issued the following advisory to retailers regarding Love Is Love (OCT160480), which shipped to stores this week. “As some of you are aware, Love Is Love, the one-shot anthology IDW is publishing, in partnership with DC, which both pays tribute to and benefits the victims of the Orlando Pulse nightclub shooting, arrived to your store as a ‘2nd Printing.’ This is due to a printing error on the UPC code of the 1st Printing that caused the book to be delayed. At the same time, a second printing was initiated — and now a third — all great for the organization but the re-stickering of the first print caused this error to occur. We apologize for the inconvenience and regret any confusion. The intentions of this book are sincere with the goal being for something positive to come out of the tragedy that sparked it. Our hope is that the misprint will not disrupt aiding those who were affected most and should not be punished for this error. My LCS said the letter from Diamond 'requested' that they be destroyed, and they were dark inside as well as the cover.

My LCS didn't get any last week, but had them this week. They still have several #1's in stock, and had about 6 #2's when they opened at 11 this morning. I picked up 2.

I'm from the northeastern part of the the United States. My collection now consists of only a few very high grade CGC silver and golden age issues (approx eight comics). WTTB John! Take some time out this afternoon and count those books so you won't have to guess!

Anyone stealing packages outgoing from CGC would have to wade through a lot of 9.2 moderns, or not valuable books to get one good one.

32,325 as of 6-18-16. About 800 of those are slabbed. Never, ever, sell!

I found this one last year - at closing time in a $1 bin at Phx Comicon. I believe this was a reprint given to retailers to drum up SS sales?
