  1. Interesting. The cost to do that is far more expensive than just obtaining the later common issues of Marvel Team-Up, Peter Parker, Brave & Bold, etc. None of those books are in the public domain, meaning they would all infringe on copyrights. The likelihood of that infringement being pursued is very low, however.
  2. I posted this in another thread, but my latest date stamp Apr 2, 1987.
  3. I'm in. Crappy pics, but the dates are March 12, 1964 and May 23, 1956.
  4. Intimate Love #22 Raw 1.8 $8 Cover detached and large tear in cover wrap. 10 page Toth story easily worth the price. The entire issue has nice artwork by Colletta and others.
  5. Co-ed Romances #1 Raw 1.8ish $15.00 SOLD Another book that doesn't have any recent sale records. This is a one shot. Great colors. Cover is detached and reattached with tape.
  6. My Love #1, 3-7, 9-13, 16-18, 20, 24-26, 29, and 34 Average VG $125 Twenty issues of Marvel's bronze romance series. Is that MJ or the Black Widow issue #6? I can get better images of any issue if needed.
  7. Anyone interested in a run (20 issues) of Marvel's My Love?
  8. From the back cover - "Long-limbed Eleanor Marr, a radiant would-be starlet..."
  9. Back to some more Charlton Romance, this of the gothic variety... Haunted Love 4, 5, 6 Lot $20.00 #4 and 5 are VF. #6 is F with some discoloration on the back cover and printers crease on front. Haunted Love #4 has to be up there as best headlight cover of the bronze age.
  10. Truthful Love #2 (#1) Raw 5.0ish $125 SOLD I don't know how to price this one. There are none on eBay and the last one sold by Heritage was in 2006. Ingrid Bergman's story by Walter Johnson. Looks better than grade, but has the small piece missing at the top of the cover and a small spine split at the top.
  11. Romantic Love NN Raw 2.0ish $18 Reprints Romantic Love #3. Tear at spine goes through entire book. Nice painted cover.
  12. Approved Comics #9 Raw 1.0 $35.00 SOLD Cover detached. Heavy tanning. Long tear the goes from right edge of book though the horse and into the woman on the horse. Great Baker cover for cheap.
  13. Heart Throbs #30 Raw 2.5ish. $55.00 SOLD Baker cover. Some heavy tanning. Rusty staples. Presents much nicer than grade assigned.
  14. Young Brides #19 Raw 6.0ish $57.00 SOLD I LOVE this cover. Presents nicely. There light creases through the main image.
  15. One lot this morning and then I'll post more books later today. Charlton Silver/Bronze Romance Lot $55 A total of twelve issues of groovy, fun late 1960s and 1970s Charlton romance. Average grade is Fine. There are couple a little lower (VG) and a few a little higher.
  16. I have a few random romance books to put up. There will be a Baker Quality cover (Heart Throbs 30), Western Bandit Trails and couple other GA romance books. I'll start it off with a silver/bronze lot of Charlton romance as a placeholder. Shipping is $5 per Order. US only. Paypal, check, MO is acceptable. Returns within 7 days.
  17. That's why I said selling in person mitigates most of those factors. I don't care what anyone does with a comic after I sell it - flip it for 5x or burn it. I don't care. At a con in Atlanta several years ago, a buyer started haggling with me. He started at something like 10% of my ask. I politely declined. Over the next 10-15 minutes he kept throwing out ridiculous offer after offer. His final offers actually included a small stack of coupons for a free Chick-Fil-A sandwich. I think I had to have someone walk him away from my booth as I asked him to leave several times. If he had come back to my booth and wanted to pay full price, I would have refused to sell. Not worth the drama.
  18. I do, to some extent. It is why we have lists of bad buyers on these boards and why most sellers exclude those buyers from their sales threads. Selling in person mitigates some factors, but not all.
  19. Take 20% off any remaining books. Crime Mysteries #9 $35 Crime Mysteries #12 $125 Hand of Fate #10 $75
  20. Since I was delayed in getting those Crime Mysteries, here is extra book... Hand of Fate #10 $75 SOLD Cover is attached, but the covers are tan. The pages are less so, but also tanning. Raw 3.5ish.
