You can put him on the PL is you wish to. As a Boardie pointed out a while back, don't get too hung up on how they'll get off before putting them on. How to get off is between the two of you...it could be as little as an apology. I'm not saying you should, just that the option is still open to you. The only thing that I can think of that would make sense would be to recommend him to be placed on the probation list until every person that bought from him on that thread has either received their purchase or refunded. From what he has said and what others have said I don't believe anyone has gotten their clock(s) yet. That is sort of like a class action though and I don't really have the consent of anyone else to do it. Does it seem unreasonable? Call me crazy but if someone has a sales thread I think it should be expected that they actually deliver the goods sold rather than just collect the money. You nominate someone for your own transaction. Let others nominate for themselves if they want to. You know of course that that wasn't a pre-code book? I meant GA. Strike Two. It's Silver Age. I just can't get it right. I'll admit I'm not 100% where the cutoff from GA to SA is. I'm not very experienced in books unless it's ASM.

I don't think ASM was absolutely terrible. I will admit there were a lot of things they could have/should have done differently. The glaring weakness, to me, was having the GG, Electro, and the Rhino (for no reason) in the same movie. Should've just stuck with Electro and built up Peter and Harry's friendship in this one. Would've let them keep Gwen around until ASM 3 too.

I used to buy these 20+ at a time from him. They're good clocks but he makes them and I don't know for sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if the reason he takes so long to ship is because he hasn't made the clocks yet. I used to sell these through a LCS but the resell time was too unpredictable for me. I can't figure out where the link is to these amazingly conversational timepieces are. +1 I've been wanting to see them as well.

$36.00 for that copy wasn't all that much money, I think you should have bought it. I tried. I wish I would have won, though.

I've never bought any pre-code books, but something about the Mystic covers really appeals to me. The #54 has always been the first one I saw and just had to have, and I've been looking for a nice, affordable copy for the past six months.
