Mmmmm, love those Mystery in Space mags! That #62 is much nicer than my own.
There were lots of really nice copies of Adam Strange MIS books in several pedigrees, including the White Mountain, Slobodian, and Bethlehem collections.

There are some sweet pre-1961 DCs that have been slabbed as from the White Mountain collection. But with the collection having come to market in the 1980s, it's possible that a lot of the material has either never been encapsulated, or was done so without full attribution. Here's two that I once owned and got slabbed that had the mothball smell and splash page dating characteristic of much of the pedigree.

Rocky Mountain pedigree. I'm not aware of this collection having very early SA books, but it did have continuous runs of many popular titles in exceptional high grade, nearly all with white pages.
This issue is an example. Tough to find in the highest grades owing to the dark brown part of the cover, the Pacific Coast copy was only graded 9.2.

Not all of them.

You would be surprised how long it can take for some titles and issues in low grade condition to sell, even at a huge markdown to Overstreet prices. So instead of having a bunch of books without much of a market for them sitting around for years, some people prefer clearing the space and selling in bulk lots.

Pacific Coast copy. There still isn't a 9.8 copy in the census.

Again nothing against Bob Storm, I asked for a photo of a book and was told they would get back to me they did not and then the book sold out, next week gave a best offer on three books, no response order cancled books sold out, next week spun the wheel order confirmed... If we have the book otherwise book sold out, I was just asking if this site was legit I don't know this site or the owner, site is kind of a mess, wanted to know what was up with site, was it legit or not?
Bob is terrific, the site is fine, and if you're getting beat out buying a book you're looking for because you're slow to pull the trigger, then speed up. Highgrade has a large clientele, and sometimes books sell even before a scan gets posted. Bob's grading is tight and consistent, and he ships quickly and securely. Highgradecomics is one of the very best. It's a great venue for selling, too.
Edit: his name is Bob Storms. What's yours?

Nothing can beat the cover colors and paper preservation of the SA Marvel Curators. But the Northland copy is very sweet, too.
