  1. Totally! I've never been so scared of a little girl in all my life. She even has those raised Wolverine brows.
  2. Went to church today and actually discussed the positive message that Logan has. It made for an interesting sunday school discussion.
  3. In regards to your "hidden contents" comment, I felt that part of the scene was such a simple, yet most effective moments of the entire film.
  4. Bosco, you're spot on! I just got done watching the film, and thought it was brilliant. There is a very positive message this film delivers that hasnt been discussed much, but I'm glad to see that you mentioned it. This movie is just like life In the sense that our perspective can determine our happiness, and that there's always hope, even in our darkest moments. That's the message that I got from this film. And yes, I cried at the end. Now I'm having a difficult time grasping the notion of Hugh Jackman never playing Wolverine again.
  5. So true. I felt exhausted after watching Buried, but that was one hell of a movie. Lots of other movies come to mind that I really enjoyed that didn't have the cheeriest ending. I can see what other mean when they say they won't watch Logan again. Some movies require too much of your emotional focus.
  6. It's funny, I was really excited to see this film. I still am, but I think the excitement is slowly being replaced with hesitation, mainly due to all of the comments about this film being such a downer. I don't see movies to feel sad afterwards.
  7. That is interesting. If the movie ends on a down note, then I suppose I could see silence as an appropriate reaction. I remember when the credits rolled after the Green Mile, feeling quite overwhelmed, so much so that I didn't want to do anything but just think about what I just watched. I was emotionally moved. It seems like there is a similar reaction going on with Logan. I'll be seeing it tonight, and I'll definitely drop by to voice my thoughts,
  8. Is it just me, or is there not as many people chiming in on this thread as there "should" be. It seems like there was even more engagement when Dr. Strange had just come out.
  9. Im sure this has already been stated elsewhere, but I seriously just realized that 3+3+17 = 23.
  10. That's what I was thinking too. Don't forget Monster Squad!!!
  11. Ok, I feel really dumb now. That didn't even click for me, and I watched it twice.
  12. Just wondering what most of you guys think about people who sell books on e-bay with incredibly high BIN prices. Do you see anything wrong with this?
  13. Just bought a Hulk 181 from John. What can I say? The man is a straight shooter. Thanks for the awesome book John!
  14. What's the best Godzilla movie? Every one I've seen is either really cheesy, or just plain awful.
  15. I'm still waiting for Michael Dougherty to make a Trick r Treat sequel. Good grief man! Your fans are losing hope.
  16. I didn't even know this show existed. Kinda funny though, I just watched Evil Dead last night.
  17. Looks great! Catherine O Hara, and Joan Cusack are my favorite actresses. Very cool to see them in the same show!
  18. I hate the Transformers films (aside from the first one), so I wish for the fans sake that this one is really good.
  19. I wonder what they mean by terrify audiences? Hire Michael Bay.
