  1. Image Artist proof WD #100 has the 2nd print cover in B&W Cool
  2. How many do you have? and Oh, I just had the one. I meant it was one of the many books I have on consignment with MCS. Well congrats and I think you were very wise to grade this book AND set it up at that price. Ive been thinking of grading mine but I always end up selling them for 20-30 raw before I get to it. So again
  3. Wow. Yup. My reaction as well. I remember when this comic came out on Steve moncuse Fishwrap and it immediately went to the dollar bins (or back then, the 50 cent bins). The only thing working for it at the time was that it was published by the same guy that put out Fish Police. Now Sam & Max have a cult following among gamers and Fish Police is.. Well nowhere really.

  5. Borderline Baxter (like Ronin), not Prestige (like TDKR) Fine. At the time the paper seemed fancy. Camelot 3000 isn't bronze either! So is this:
  6. Jayna was my crush for probably 2 years (I mean, I was 7-8)! Definitely not made up! She was HOT! Jay Mine was Linda Carter, but Jayna was a close second... BTW Its really coming down now
  7. Great deal for the Schultz fan!!!! http://fleskpublications.com/flesksite/index.php?route=product/product&path=20_99&product_id=184
  8. BTW those Art Adams variants are 1:50 Gotta make some phone calls right about now
  9. Many are like you and me. BL has more lost fans than some may think. Many of his original fans probably dont even know that he has a show in the works yet. Who knows how many fans this property will bring back to the market.
  10. Ill be buying a whole bunch of those. Also may not be a bad idea to buy the originals as well: http://comicbook.com/marvel/2016/09/06/exclusive-first-look-arthur-adams-captain-america-75th-anniversa/ For those who dont know, Art Adams remodeled this CA annual 8 cover a few years ago as a special commission (OA owner is prolly happy as pig is sh*t by now)
  11. Looks like all the lobbying for Lobo are finally paying off!
  12. Green lighted! I hope they make this show with a 70s retro feel. But something tells me it will prolly be more of a modern teenage show ala Arrow/Flash. Still, as one of the only 4 black superheroes in the 70s to come out from both Marvel and DC, this is a loooooong time coming! Dont mess it up DC!!
  13. Wouldn't they first see if he is a popular guest appearance guy in flash/green arrow/supergirl first? This is a pretty obscure character. Heck, when he was in the Superfriends in the late 70s they weren't even allowed to use his name for some reason and called him Black Vulcan. I wouldnt call Black Lightning obscure more than I would, say, Wonder Twins.. And look at how much their first appearance is going for. TV show or not, this character is well known among people my age, I loved BL as a kid, more than I did Black Panther or Luke Cage, which I think were the only 3 major black characters on the DC/Marvel universe... Even Falcon didnt have his own title in the 70s. Why did Black Lightning not receive as much attention is beyond me
  14. That HENCHGIRL #1 is awesome as a nice pick-up. That book continues to surge, despite the series ending soon, it seems to have a cult following and was picked up to be distributed by Dark Horse and there's whispers (speculation or fact) that the property has been licensed for TV too. Or its all the speculators holding copies. I have owned and read the book I see nothing outstanding. That being said it wont matter if they license it because it will blow up. Why does no one talk about the first print and its all about the Scout second print or variant third print? Henchgirl is another head scratcher. Because no one has this book to pump n dump. And that is solid proof that this book is nothing but that
  15. Interesting. That is quite the team behind it already. Maybe this dog will hunt after all? It makes sense - DC needed an answer to Luke Cage and Black Lightning is a natural choice. Wished they us Static instead. They're both similar power wise, but since Static had an animated show I think it would of been more popular since more people would be familiar with the character. Not to go off topic but Static is still a heavily speculated title
  16. Since we started showing off topic books can I show you the new couch I just got
  17. Thanks for the Gonna hold on to my copies for a while longer what condition are they in? Book us a bear to find in good shape. There's been rumors for a couple years. Not many. 3 in NM and a couple in VF Im a believer (and a fan)
