    Got off the phone with MTC. Was confirmed they will have hundreds of #40 in stock. Unfortunately they could not say the same about the Combos.. According to MTC DC has NOT increased the print run for them based on demand for #40 and they will get their usual 2 combo pack copies per store and 1:25 per amount books ordered. Now im really on the edge here with my pre ordered copies off eBay 2 weeks ago

    This means I'll hafta be up early Wednesday to hit the lcs for a copy of Bats #40 reg, variant, movie variant and maybe I'll pick up a combo pack too. Geez, this is just I agree, the current asking prices for batman 40 combos are insane. We dont know what the print run for this book will be.. If we were to draw a comparison to a similar "death" story from Batman's history, maybe A Death In the Family would apply. I believe the real winners here long term would be Batman 35 and prolly 37 because of the cover and recent closed sales reports. But this is just speculation
