  1. Not really. This feature was recently implemented by eBay in the collectibles category among others (I think it was only used in fashion/clothing category before). I noticed this first multiple type listing 3-4 months ago by one seller. Now there are many that uses this strategy. It actually is a way for sellers to add multiple listings into one (as opposed to multiple similar units in one)
  2. https://www.ebay.com/itm/MEN-IN-BLACK-1990-1-CGC-9-2-NM-HIGH-GRADE-AIRCEL-COMICS/222864642022?hash=item33e3c48fe6:g:wU0AAOSwGstamjRD Nice to see some movement on this. I still believe there is plenty room for growth on this book
  3. I believe the world will come to an end tomorrow when tiangong hits earth Oh, and this just happened
  4. I believe Paul Chadwick had a run in the later issues of the series which was cool
  5. Yesss.. And this will never leave my possession even if Omaha is made into a huge (porn) movie :-p will pm you scans of the pages later as they are clearly not suitable for this board
  6. Fixed https://www.cbsnews.com/news/tiangong-1-tracking-the-chinese-satellite-falling-to-earth/
  7. Hmmmm I refreshed the page 5 times Nope still says Moderns heating up
  8. Negative. Well, the only one I dont have in my possession is #100 since I sent it out to get graded
  9. SCOOOOOOORE! This came in the Flash Terminal Velocity pack (obviously)... Sweet copy too... as close to 9.8 as it gets
  10. That really doesnt indicate nothing. I wouldnt necessarily say its a "trap" but there is a certain allure to listings like that. The buyer stumbles upon this listing and gets sold on owning this just because of the same things you attributed to it yourself; the anonymity, the poor description, the "lack of knowledge" seller may or may not posses of what he has. It equates to a "found in the wild" item. Once a buyer is in that state of mind, it is very hard to let go and very easy to lose sense of actual value
  11. And while we're talking about being lame. Taking my comment seriously makes you a serious candidate
  12. If you enjoy the freedom of speech to disorient this thread with reviews, why cant i have the same privilege critiquing it
  13. Yes I do, but what does this have to do with what I wrote
  14. Neal signed almost his entire Continuity line and offered them for sale at 2-5 a pop at the time. They came with a cheap printed COA and sometimes even with a pic. Joe Koch has them in his werehouse for $5 a pop last I checked with him and he has most of the titles. My opinion it would be very difficult to move
  15. You dont lose if the price is high is my philosophy. As enticing as this listing is, its very hard to tell what condition these books are in, couple that with the fact that the seller does not allow returns and you sure did the right thing by not OVERbidding on this. Good job!
  16. Wow this thread has everything EXCEPT Omaha's first appearance
  17. I've noticed that some of them actually state that they are "collectors pack 1st prints" such as this GL 36
  18. Since when did this thread change its title to Book Review
