    Ghost Rider #1 (1990) is now a solid $10 in NM 1st print. As I mentioned earlier, it sold several times for $20+ Punisher #1 (1987) 1st ongoing is selling as high as $50 and pretty regularly for $20 as raw NM I know, not exactly moderns, but these definitely were dreks up until recently
