That's a big relief. I read the book and didn't notice it. Then I looked the bunch and I thought lucky me On the other hand, the story was so great that I didn't notice for a few days

I just read this and all I can say is WOW ! What a way to start a story. You are right about Rucka. Gotham Central and Queen and Country were always at the top of my stack and there are not enough superlatives to describe how I feel about Lark's art. The colors set the tone and were top notch as well. I waited a while to read number 1 and i'm thankful because now I don't have so long to read number 2.

I went through over 200 copies copies between my orders and 3 LCS and all had them. I also searched a bunch of ebay auctions and those with actual pics have the same imprint. I don't know what impact this will have on long term values but I would bet 9.8s will bring a premium above the norm.

I bought copies of issue 4 from the east coast, the west coast, and here in the midwest. Each of them has a pressed line that runs to the right of the number 04 to the bottom of the page. I looked at a bunch of actual pictures of the same issue on ebay and they all have the same line. What is with that and what grade would that drop each issue to ? I think he was honorable and the kind of guy who wouldn't leave your side in a fight. He also understood the military way, " lead, follow, or get the *spoon* out of the way.". Super likable and I sure didn't like the way he went out. Then again, it was a lot better than the way Glenn went...

I'm with you. To me, the story is about Rick and his trials to maintain his humanity and not a story of humanity as a whole.

I could see that. You are right, she has been nonexistent since Glenn. I miss him a lot.

I agree if for no other reason than if I were Kirkman, I wouldn't kill the cash cow that is Rick. Andrea and Carl would have nothing except their own lives to lose with Rick gone and I think characters with nothing left to live for except living are boring. I would compare it to taking Max out of Mad Max. Lots of people dying and nobody cares.

I think you nailed it. I would add a little Jack Hawksmoor from the Authority with the " we know what is better for you than you do " attitude from one of the powerhouses. I'm really looking forward to issue 3. I was worried that I had my expectations too high with this creative team but I couldn't be happier with this book.

I'm happy for you. I think it's awesome that you took a chance on this comic. It was and in my opinion is a good pick both short and long term. I'm still surprised by the turn this book made. I love stuff that is unpredictable and I have no idea where this story is going.

Awesome story and Jack rules

I ran and bought it even though I had a lot of them coming. Well worth the trip. The story seems straightforward and then...a major twist. The more issues I read, the more I like it and it was already number 1 on my stack. It makes me go and all at the same time.

Good eye, I didn't catch that. Maybe it is for three. I looked and thought one based on similar listings but you are probably right. I hope so for the buyer's sake. I saw the first crazy auction and thought it was contagious .

Nice! About time this book picked up some steam 3 books for $15. Each No where does that say "one" copy. If I bought that and a single book showed up, I'd send it back for a refund.
