Oh boy, TPB 3 came in the mail this week, and from what you guys have been saying about these issues, I bet I'll read it in one sitting!
Have a nice weekend!

I don't recognize any of these names!
Did they do art for those two Charmin publishers? If so, I probably flushed them.
THE Age of Comics - IMAGE 1992-Present
...
I'm bored at work, I just wanted to stir something up for fun
I do agree it's neat to see over the years who people like and which books they collect.
Many 3X and younger do collect the older ages, but I committed myself to this small piece of early 90s. (Which everyone hates ... except me)
-
It is possible my list is biased towards collectors born in the 80s onward

Should I add Capullo? I like The Creech!

You're right, Frazetta is pretty amazing!

Gorgeous! My favorite book!
-
I didn't place a single bid on those.
I thought there was only 8 of us in the world that cared.

I love Todd McFarlane's art. Even the ultra-angular, flat faced Spawn stuff.
Does that count?
Yeah
I prove your point, because Spawn is one of my most favorite... because of the McFarlane art. I couldn't tell you much about the story past issue something teen.

If I find out RMA doesn't like Spawn in this thread I'll cry myself to sleep tonight.

Pitt and Shadowhawk!
-
If it says Marvel or DC in the top left corner.

The 1990s crowds are just about to start to get nostalgic for Spawn. Spawn has a bigger more diverse nostalgic fan base to build upon then Deadpool long-term. IMHO.
Here I am!
I was 9-10 years old when I held Spawn #1 in my hands for the first time, and in that moment Marvel & DC were forgotten as if they had never existed.
Fast forward 22 years...
In 2013, aged 31, I decided I needed a new hobby...
The Result:
1. Spawn #1 CGC SS 9.8
2. The Maxx #1 GITD CGC SS 9.8 (x2 from Sam's personal collection)
3. Pitt #1 CGC SS 9.8
4. Shadowhawk #1 CGC SS 9.8
5. Savage Dragon Limited Series #1, Regular Series #1, vs Megaton Man #1 Gold all in CGC SS 9.8
6. Prophet #1 CGC SS 9.8
7. Youngblood #1 CGC SS 9.8
8. Cyber Force Limited Series #1 CGC SS 9.8, Regular Series #1 Gold CGC 9.8
9. Codename: Stryke Force #1 Blue CGC SS 9.8
10. WildCATS #1 GOLD CGC SS 9.8
which led to a second short box full including all this stuff in my sig line!
all because of Spawn #1.
None of this matters though since we're talking about THE KING OF THE NINETIES!

I'm jelly of your spawn carpet.
