  1. :hi: I've been buying and selling on the forums since 2013 and online marketplaces (eBay and others) since 1999. I haven’t sold on the forums for a little while but feel free to check out the kudos link in my signature if you'd like some references.

📦 Shipping via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation due to value is included in the prices listed. Prices are in USD. Shipping to USA only (sorry international friends).

🤑 Payment via PayPal Goods and Services invoice only, due within 24 hours. An invoice to pay from will be sent via email.

All sales final unless I happen to have missed something, and we can work it out. I don't foresee that happening but I try to be easy to work with and practice the Golden Rule in general and expect you do the same.

⚠️ No HOS or Probs (boardies on any Hall of Shame or Probation Lists). I reserve the right to not sell to anyone I don’t feel comfortable with - whether they be on a list, have a poor reputation of not paying, history of scamming others online, if I have you on ignore, etc. This has never had to happen so far - just a friendly note to cover myself.

👀 Both slabs have very light surface imperfections towards the bottom front of only the outer slab plastic, as both came from the same recent submission - which of course does not affect the book. See scan for detail and feel free to ask any questions... or just say hello!

    Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  Our graders would have to see the book in person to be sure but generally, we can grade something like this as long as it fits within the dimensions of our holders.  The maximum size we can accommodate would be:

    • 11-1/2” tall
    • 8-7/8” wide
    • 1/2” thick

    Thank you!

Thanks Jennifer. Yes, it's right around the size of a regular comic ashcan and well within all those dimensions. Thanks for your help!

  4. Anyone going to NYCC and willing to pickup an exclusive vinyl figure for my wife? It's an artist line she has collected for probably 8-10 years.

The item is $115 and should not be difficult to get. It's lightweight and shipping should be around $10 or less. Willing to pay $165 shipped paypal goods and services. Please PM if interested in helping out and we can chat more. Thanks

    That’s right.

I’m suggesting that perhaps what’s important about this Punisher mini-series is that its level of success might’ve been quite unexpected, and rather than disappearing back into guest appearances in Spider-Man or Daredevil, etc., instead paved the way for him to star in several continued series as a result.

Apparently though, it doesn’t fit the required criterion.

No arguing the success paved the way! ^^  Just not what I'm trying to create a resource for here. The list would indeed be much longer if that was the focus of the thread.

Usagi Yojimbo from Dark Horse, #1 and #2 say of 3, but the series went on for 165 issues

Savage Dragon, 3 issue mini first then series

Nothing from Bad Idea Comics :baiting:

Savage Dragon is one of those I hesitate to include since it's not the original focus of the post. It was a new series with a 6 month gap between vols 1 and 2.  But very close
We will see what happens with Bad Idea :tonofbricks:

It can be done, but it's difficult. I did it for 'fun', a complete read of all Youngblood, after reading the wonderful last volume (that deserves reading by everybody). I knew what I was in for, but it was worse than even I expected, as as you say, it took a lot to work out what belongs to what series.

    Not recommended

Edit: Does this help prove it was a miniseries originally? There was a remastered release of the original miniseries in hardcover form, if you check the solicitation for it, you'll see it described it as containing the original YB miniseries. Yet the first series ended at around issue 22 or so. @Rhymenoceros

Originally just a miniseries 0-5 by Liefeld (and someone else who did an issue, can't remember who) or something like that and then there's a hiatus. Could have been the normal wait time of the day back then, but it was because of that AND it because they had to put together a team, product it, etc etc. Then it ran to something like issue 23, with no issue ?15?.

Wow, I just tried to make sense of all the Youngblood volumes and numbering but halfway through writing it all out I just said "screw it". What a mess.
