    I see your point. But if they're going to do the dark Phoenix saga they might as well copy some of the better copied parts of it and give us some good on screen matchups. I grew up watching xmen animated series and seeing gladiator grab wolverine the way he did and throw him was cool. It was fun to see the xmen battle a superior team, even if they weren't super original. Right now the only matchups I'm seeing are dark Phoenix vs mystique (yawn) and magneto. The quicksilver part looks cool. I hope the movie is good I just don't see it yet. If we were getting the shiar and the imperial guard to go with the dark Phoenix stuff I think a lot of fans would be more excited.

    To me the best part of the dark Phoenix saga was the fight with the imperial guard for her fate. They're not even anywhere in the movie apparently. I want to see gladiator throw some xmen around and war star. This movie looks like a retread of xmen 3. I'm bored. And apocalypse sucked.

    I’d prefer if people cannot just walk in with guns either. Do you even watch the news ? We live in a scary world with crazy people And there’s huge crowds in these cons. I hope to God nothing bad ever happens.

    I don’t get the hate for jsc...or how his art is somehow “not as good as he used to be” i feel like people have this perception because he does a lot of variant covers? They’re not as valuable because they’re not as rare as his older ones but that doesn’t make the art any less “good” this cover is creative and well done imo.

    I think Daken has a future and is potential investment zone. His 3rd claw and number one dark wolverine variant could one day be as valuable as nyx 3 and her djurjevic variant. Probably several years away as X-men won’t even likely be in mcu until 2021 according to what I’m hearing but if it does happen those books will become “unobtanium” (I still can’t believe that was the best word James Cameron, an amazing director could think of in avatar).

    This garbage is ruining dealers desire to be at cons. They need more security provided by the hall they are renting from. Metal detectors, more police roaming the places, cameras everywhere etc. I feel bad for the dealers who have to worry about this all the time nowadays.

    I knew it; I’m glad I got the 6.0 w pages I got for 800 just a few months ago. I paid full price at the time and now just a few months later it’s worth 1200. Let’s gyooo

    What sets? They could be next to worthless or up to 800$ a set for something like the 1996 marvel masterpieces or if you have the mirage cards from 1995 (doubtful but maybe) sorry about your loss. Post some pics of the cards or more info I know a lot about them.

    Write “Steve Ditko” on it purple marker, sign Spider-Man’s face “Stan lee” and scribble the whole with great power thing across the rest to hide the resto and creases. Then send it to pgx and it will come back a 9.2 unrestored signature series and you can sell it to we love comics.

    Doesn’t have to be an mcu movie either...they could go with spider verse type movies to start in the vein of the old X-men animated series. Can you imagine the amount of action figures disney willl sell?

    So much about page quality here geez let’s talk about the main reason this book is hot...and there are many things going for this book atm...but 1st appearance of storm imo. I think she’s be worth more than colossus even if they each came out separately.

    Just watch the alternate ending where it says judgement day never happened and Sarah is old and sitting at the playground and call it canon. The terminator world has so much potential but they’ll never get it right.

    All but maybe not rawhide kid 🙄 my money is on the first character feige mentions to be getting a movie from the newly acquired rights. My money is on dr doom or kang will be up first and I think then we get Galactus in 4-5 years. X-men in 2-3 years.

    No I’m talking about comic book collectors not the entire world. If something came out today with a print run of 18 copies it would be next to impossible to get one if it was a highly desired 1st appearance. I know of some statues that had only 400 created I used to collect and those were extremely hard to find let alone for a good price. Time will tell if the 50k price will stick....how long will it be until another one even comes up for sale? Again showing my first point or how rare this book is in 9.8. Clearly moon knight has a dedicated following.

    If there is only 18 of something in the world that is wanted by collectors..I would say that is exceedingly rare. The 72 9.6 don’t count because they’re not 9.8 and may never be. Same for any raws out there. If they find a warehouse full of wwbn32 and 100 of them come back 9.8 then that’s a different story but highly doubtful.
