Thanks, Brian! Great pickup. FYI, the ST #110 has sold via PM pending the first of two time payments. If that deal falls through, I will let everyone know. Also, I want to apologize to anyone who got some unintended radio silence via PM the past couple of days. I had a lot of PM's and forgot to close the loop at times -- very sorry! I'll do better. I will likely wrap this sales thread up tonight or tomorrow morning, so please be in touch with any offers! Remaining books are the FF #172, MSH #12, X-Men #4 and #100, Strange Tales #101, and the Hero For Hire #1. Dan

Hello all! Haven't sold here for a while, and now, to help offset my other dumb purchases, I'm offering a big assortment of keys for sale. I will run the sale through Monday or Tuesday to honor today's holiday, and hope everyone will take a look and maybe find something they like. Once Tuesday hits, or I've reached my financial goals for the sale, I will close the thread. These books are coming out of my own collection, so they all have white pages (save one), great eye appeal, and strong color/gloss. You will be HAPPY with these books, I promise. Details: Payment: I accept checks, money orders, and Paypal. Shipping is FREE in the US for all books. Terms: Books will be sent Priority Mail, well packed, with no returns. Claims in the thread take priority over PM conversations, so if we make an agreement via PM please claim the book in the thread right away. Kudos: I've been on the boards for 20+ years and have bought from (and sold to) all the heavy hitters. You'll get great service from me. Taking Offers: Due to the high quality of these books in grade, my pricing will start on the high side of fair. I am, however, open to offers or time payment discussions via PM on the larger books. If paying over time, I ask that you pay by check or MO. I could go two or three equal payments to get something done. Any questions, offers, etc., PM me anytime! Now onto some books... Dan

Jose Rivera of Superworld Comics has passed away.
Drummy replied to badback83's topic in Comics General
Terrible, terrible news -- I've spent a lot of time at Superworld, and have known Ted and the gang for almost 20 years. Jose was such a passionate comics guy...loved the books as much as he liked the customers. Prayers and condolences all around -- and rest in peace, Jose. Dan -
Comiclink, Comic Connect, Heritage, etcetera... Wins...

Very cool book! Don't think I've ever seen that cover before. My friend Michael says that GA across the board remains high, especially for important books, and that SA and BA are settling down across the board. I can vouch for that to some extent -- I won the following book in this CL auction for a lot less than current GPA, and am delighted to add something from the Thomas Drew (djpinkpanther) estate into my collection of SA keys to honor him. I've always enjoyed this thread, and haven't posted my copy in a while, so in honor of the 4.0 that just sold...thanks! Dan

As a native Minnesotan, I've wanted to keep a Twin Cities book in my collection at all times. Here it is! The colors are so pure.

I posted in the WC as well, but I'll echo here what others are saying -- Thomas was (and remains, in my mind) a terrific human being. Smart, kind, thoughtful, generous, and honest -- the kind of person we should all strive to be. Dan
