  1. That's it for now. Thanks for looking and feel free to PM with any questions or offers.
  2. Eerie 49, 8.5-9.0. Solid copy of an Eerie from the tough part of the run. Nice yellow cover with bright colors and gloss. $30 Sold!
  3. Eerie 48, 8.0-8.5. Very tough black cover but I've always liked the werewolf sneaking up on the little girl. Great colors and gloss. $25 Sold!
  4. Eerie 47, 8.5 (or better depending on how you grade the bindery tear). Very glossy and bright. $25 Sold!
  5. Eerie 27, Former CGC 9.2 OW/W. Very cool cover from Jeff Jones and Vaughn Bode! A great copy with sweet eye appeal and luster. $40 Sold!
  6. Eerie 3, 8.5-9.0. Another awesome Frazetta cover and more difficult than others to find in high grade. Art and stories inside this book are awesome and include amazing work by Steve Ditko, Alex Toth and Gene Colan. I love this black & white work from these guys. $60 Sold!
  7. Creepy 17, 7.5. Another great Frazetta cover which I've always felt was the precursor to the his Death Dealer. This is a very bright and glossy copy that would grade higher if not for a very small tear at the top of the book. Back cover is nice and white! Asking what I have into it- $35 Sold!
  8. Creepy 16, 9.2. My all time favorite Frazetta cover and an incredibly tough book in high grade due to the black cover. Colors on the green logo are bright and this is an overall sharp copy. Just a super cool book. Grab it now before others catch on to how cool these are compared to other comics from the same time. $80 Sold!
  9. Vampirella 8, 9.2-9.4, Another gorgeous copy of a very cool cover. Colors are bright and the page quality is fresh. Same issue with my scanner. These Vampirellas from the first 10 are getting harder and harder to find in nice shape. $85 Sold!
  10. Vampirella 6, 9.0-9.2, Just a beautiful book, not sure what my scanner did but it's not a good representation of how black and colorful this book is in hand. In fact there are many indications of wear that just aren't on the book. Have to take my word for this (check my kudos thread). The book is nice and glossy, back cover is crisp and white. $75 Sold!
  11. Hello All, I'm selling off some very nice Warren magazines in pretty condition. The usual rules apply: -Payment via Paypal -Shipping is $10 via USPS -Returns accepted in 14 days as long as it's a legitimate "not as described" and not a review for pressing potential -No HoS or Probation list buyers -I'm glad to consider reasonable offers but first in the thread wins. Otherwise, feel free to pm with any questions/clarifications. Here is my kudos thread for reference:
  12. This is a very special opportunity for someone. Really wish I could swing it! Beautiful piece, Dr. Love!
  13. Rick's a class act, one of the best members on the boards! Don't hesitate to buy or sell with him.
  14. I sold a nice Creepy to David and he's one of the best people on the boards to deal with. Totally honest and hassle-free! Thanks again, sir!!
  15. Yeah, mine as well. I was hoping my 82 would have the red background but it doesn't...
  16. Yeah, you're right, Bryan. I don't have a good explanation for that. Usually UPC codes had a white background to maximize contrast for reflection when they get scanned. It clearly seems intentional on these issues. Makes me wonder if it's a distribution thing as these are all later in the run.
  17. It's obviously a variant. And the majority of copies seem to have the white background. My guess is that the print run started and somebody quickly realized the UPC wouldn't scan well with a red background and changed the run to the white background. Kind of cool looking with red background! Thanks for sharing!
  18. I think most people that own CGC 9.8s have the same opinion. FWIW, 250 copies graded between 9.4 and 9.8 doesn't mean something is rare or that it in anyway represents the actual number of very high grade books out there. The book is about as rare as Alpha Flight 1. So, I don't recommend anyone pay the irrational prices for an arbitrary number on the slab. It's not a good bet. If you bought a copy a few years ago for $50, that would be a different story. Just my opinion, though.
  19. It's maxed out. I'm pretty shocked they go for what they do considering there are people that have long boxes in warehouses of these things. It's incredibly common.
  20. I just love that his belt buckle is the logo!
  21. I'm not a fan of sushi, but I do like my comics raw...
