Yes,  I have used this option many times.  Most of my offers have been rejected but this is how I managed to acquire my Giant Size Spider-Man 4 CGC 9.8 white pages.   Wether it’s HA, CLink, MySlabbedComics, CGC boards, IG or eBay I always send offers even if the book isn’t for sale.  The worst they can do is reject it or ignore you.  I’ve had pretty good luck with this method, bottom line is that it never hurts to ask.  The key is to make a reasonable offer, low balling someone will get you no where.

Have no idea why I bought this.I do like the cover though.
