If it was his first time, I would buy that he didn't know. Also, from what I have heard and one personal experience, eBay removes your item and repackages it. I once had some damage and asked for a picture of the packaging and it was not what I shipped it in. So, it may not matter how it was packaged originally. Also, GSP insurance is covered by eBay. Once it gets to their shipping center the responsibility is off the seller. You should file a claim with eBay.

No, but to your previous analogy about Jim Lee and McFarlane leaving, I think if Hickman leaves it would have a similar effect on Marvel.

You're comparing a writer to an artist. Obviously the visual is pretty big with comics, but writing is as well. Bendis is proven in the industry. He has had as many stories make it to TV as anybody in Modern comics (also has a movie credit). That does hold some weight.
