  1. Only one things matters, supply vs. demand.
  2. I think you know that rarity does not mean anything in terms of value.
  3. Ok, let's get technical on it then... Both should be "Driver" because they both drive a vehicle...to "ride" is to not control what you're on. Also, neither are "ghosts"...the are possessed or cursed or demons, but not ghosts. So if we're getting technical, really they should be "Cursed Driver" or "Possessed Driver" or maybe "Demon Driver".....none of which are great so let's just stick with Ghost Rider. But he started on a horse...which you ride.

  5. The Ghost Rider is better than the Venom, IMO.
  6. ‘The Dark Tower’ Release Date Moved Into Summer 2017; http://deadline.com/2016/11/the-dark-tower-release-date-moved-july-28-1201848085/
  7. What about the silver comics heating up on ebay thread? Why in the world would you want to do that, as it would just make too much sense? After all, I hope you do remember this is the CGC boards here. Yea, everything was perfectly unorganized before you came along.
  8. APR = inflation? Okie dokie APR of 9% is pretty close though actually. Comes out to about 8.5%.
  9. I'm seeing it was a 1:10 and distribution was around 15K +. We know how TF fans can be though and these are probably sitting in a lot of collections.
  10. Currently they have 0 CGC's on their eBay. Damages occur in shipping to them as well. It's smart not sell everything up front as there is a good chance some will arrive to them damaged.
  11. Question, where? Here's the link: http://www.bulletproofcomix.com/ JL vs SS Ultra Rare variant "limited to 1,000", "ultra rare", $80 No thanks.
  12. Another Silver getting the big screen treatment love: Strange Tales #126
  13. From the latest newsletter and for those of us talking about the Mile High II collection and what remains back here: http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=9588286&fpart=15 Thirty-one years ago I purchased the legendary Mile High II collection of 1,800,000 Silver Age and Bronze Age comics. Three decades later, I am down to my last few comics from that awesome collection, but not quite entirely out. Obviously this is his word saying this. Also. ASM #102 is the first appearance of Morbius now. Boy, wouldn't want to be holding any of those 101's once the label change hits! To be specific, I have a few copies left of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN (1963) #102 in Good condition, featuring the first appearance of Morbius.
  14. Everyone except Image of course. They don't do that: By the same token, if you are a publisher trying to force your comics into the marketplace with exclusive variants retailers can only order by irresponsibly increasing their orders: Stop. https://imagecomics.com/content/view/i-want-all-of-us-to-thrive-and-to-succeed-eric-stephensons-2016-comicspro-s Oh...wait: REBORN #1 STORY:MARK MILLAR ART / COVER A: GREG CAPULLO COVER B:GREG CAPULLO SKETCH VARIANT (1 OF 6-PART POSTER, 1 : 100) COVER C:JOCK COVER D:FRANK CHO COVER E:JOHN CASSADAY COVER F:BLANK COVER COVER G:TODD MCFARLANE RETAILER VARIANT (1 : 25)
  15. I'm just saying you would be getting them the same way he does, just cutting out the middleman and saving a few bucks in doing so.
  16. You're not seeing them because they aren't there. SJW has about as much meaning as hipster to a large population of people...they both are used to describe people that are "others" or simply people with ideas they don't like. They both mean anything and nothing. That cover is funny and tongue-in-cheek. None of that dialogue is hostile toward men. Like aerishcan said, it's simply pro-female. I know some of ya'll confuse the two. +1
  17. Why eBay? Frankie's still has the regular cover up on their site for $23.99. I sent a msg asking if they could send their best copies. I was told they could try, but no guarantees. Since I want this for grading, I went to a seller I've bought from before. I don't know what his deal with Frankies is but he's gotten me good stuff before so I don't mind paying the extra. Besides, if this is like any other dell'otto book, it's gonna be a lot more than $40 once it's out. Who is the seller, DrewBizz? He get's his books the same way you would. You just paid $15 more for the same book.
  18. Agreed, that should be in the Modern thread though. Check here for chatter about Aphra: http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Board=17&Number=9596409&Searchpage=2&Main=238508&Words=aphra&topic=0&Search=true#Post9596409
