  1. New variants sell for $20-40? Incentives? From Marvel? Variants? Jaydog that you? Please post the other Marvel 1:25 incentive variants that came out today selling for $20-40 (or $55). Most volume stores sell 1:25 for $12-15. All mainstream incentive variants sell for a minimum of 15$ right of the gate at any LCS nationwide. Most for much higher than that. Tell me u don't know this I am so aware of that fact that it's in my post that YOU quoted.

  3. Yes, two sold in October. What's your point? 14 have sold in two days and one for $55. Currently the lowest BIN is $40. Lot of butthurt around here lately.
  4. :gossip:That's the wrong Dr. Mirage though.
  5. Yes, but the article says it could be a mashup of good and villain's because Harley is involved. She has never been in Birds of Prey. I thought all along it was going to be Gotham City Sirens.
  6. This is probably the lowest on the latest month that I read people talking about: 286 Sheriff of Babylon 11 $3.99 DC 5,177
  7. That's one book this year (Venom 1). Check dealer order sheets- mostly 1:10's, 15's, maybe a few 25's. Almost no 50's or higher. The incentives are more based on past order thresholds with dealers being able to order however many variants they want. 2014 was basically the last year of the higher ratio variants being offered. Evidently Marvel doesn't want to spring for the talent to do those covers anymore, hence why the bigger names are doing more and more store exclusives. Had a nice talk with an LCS about it recently. Interesting stuff. -J. One book, huh? Champions #1 just came out at 328k distribution. That 1:1000 isn't looking that "rare" anymore. How about the Deadpool Back in Black 1:50 and 1:100's in the last month? Uh-huh. That's three books. All #1's. Either you're missing the point or you are ignoring it. I didn't say Marvel isn't releasing any. I said they have scaled it way back, and incentives are based more on past orders now than before and lower ratios. Either prove me wrong or say I'm lying, but don't split hairs, if you know what I am reporting is essentially true. Find better things to do with your time. -J. Yes, but you stated it was one book. I did just prove you wrong, did I not?

  9. Those should definitely be worth 20 times the 1:50s, so the $1,900 price for a 1:50 would be $38,000 for the 1:1000. Seems about right, given that thousands of dollars are already being spent on 1:50 variants. It should be tens-of-thousands of dollars for 1:500 and higher. They would be if any of them had good art. They have all been complete garbage. Put out a JSC 1:1000 and see what the return is. On second thought, no, don't do that. The point was that Marvel is still putting out lots of incentive variants. Some advertised, others based on previous order levels.
  10. I recently closed my store and went back to regular sales. However, when I did that I was told I would still be paying through December for it, so I would assume I would still have all of those privileges. But, I think that may have been it, which is b.s. The Seller Hub setup is different than I was using but it has all of those options. Thanks for the help!
  11. 1 Big Trouble in Little China/Escape From New York 1† $3.99 Boom 421,625 Items marked with a dagger [†] include between 300,000 and 400,000 copies shipped to Loot Crate. 2 Champions 1 $4.99 Marvel 328,165 Those 1:1000's don't seem as "rare" anymore. 4 Dark Knight III Master Race 6 $5.99 DC 133,642 Surprised this is over 100k with the delays and high cover price.
  12. Yes, Marvel isn't doing 1:50's anymore. They've moved onto 1:1000's or even higher.
  13. This has a nugget that was not revealed in the post above: Harley Quinn Birds of Prey Spinoff Movie Gets a Writer
  14. Did eBay change some things on the seller side of the page? When you go to the Active listings, I used to be able to search them from a searchbox at the top. That is no longer there. Also, there used to be tabs on the left under the Summary links as to "Already Shipped" and "Awaiting Shipment" which are no longer there.
  15. I don't think that specific issue was anymore significant than others. A lot of those issues have first appearances in them.
