  1. I was talking to a friend of mine (who's a big x-men fan) and he got this idea that maybe that's Apocalypse's 1st stage mutation???

He mentioned that in the comics (late 90's early 2000) Marvel tried to give "secondary mutation" to some mutants. Like the diamond skin of Emma Frost, or cat-like reflex for Beast or Angel's healing blood.

it could be possible i guess, that this version of Apocalypse is just his "Wolf in sheep's clothing". That would make sense (I think).... If your recruiting mutants to your cause, you'd wanna put your best foot forward... then when it's time for battle.... you'd let the wolf out....

I hope he's right and this isn't the finished product. I really, really, really, really, hope so.:facepalm::facepalm:

  2. YES PLEASE!

It Sounds Like Matt Ryan's CONSTANTINE Is Coming To Season Four Of ARROW

"Yeah, we really want to do it," confirmed Mericle. "It's something we've been talking to DC about and it's just a question of some political things, but also the actor's schedule. We're trying to work it out, but we don't know 100 percent if it's going to happen." That's a very positive update, and Amell added: "Fingers crossed," before Mercile finished by stating that "[We're] really optimistic and we would love to have him."

    :wishluck::wishluck::wishluck::wishluck:

haha what else is on Matt Ryan's schedule?

Losing in the 1st round of the playoffs?

    :roflmao:

  3. Leto is what's exciting me the most too. He's facing what is by far the biggest acting challenge in the history of superhero films by a MILE in following up Ledger's performance, and while I'm nowhere NEAR ready to say he's knocked it out of the park, he's definitely making a strong showing in this trailer.

What's the chatter about him being too young? He's 43. ??? For anyone who doesn't remember, he played the guy whose face got destroyed by Ed Norton in "Fight Club" back in 1999.

Whoa! Totally did not realize that.

  4. Laurel and iris west....also barbara gordon.....looks aint everything.....worst female acting on tv

At least the above 3 are easier on the eyes (my opinion of course). Worst female on TV can't be said without including Fish Mooney. At least Fox listened and gave her the boot, or something.

  5. Amazing.

Still over a year away. Oh the suspense. But I agree with the previous poster, make it violent with elements of horror  By the time this comes out, people will be tired of Marvel's campy, happy ending movies, and SS will be a breath of fresh air.

  6. Agent Carter Season 2 To Feature Villain From Marvel Comic Book Universe

Rather than continue the Winter Soldier storyline teased during Season One’s climax, Marvel’s Agent Carter will blaze new territory with established Marvel Comics Villains. According to Executive Producer Michelle Fazekas, Agent Carter’s second season will feature multiple Marvel Universe villains that comic readers will instantly recognize.

“People who are fans of the Marvel comic book universe will recognize our villain and there’s more than one villain,” Fazekas told Entertainment Weekly. “We’re certainly taking inspiration from the comic book universe, so anybody who knows that will be rewarded.”

Any thoughts who the Season 2 villain(s) could be? hm Wasn't that big a fan of Leviathan but thoroughly enjoyed Season 1 as it progressed.

  7. Walkind Dead #132 was a Loot Crate month anyways. 326k copies of Alpha's first app. floating around.

Yes, so how many of those were the ugly Loot Crate cover and how many were the regular cover? hm

My guess would be about 260k loot crate, rest regular cover.

The #132 regular cover is horrible. #138 on the other hand...

Could have sworn I read #138 was Alpha's 1st appearance. Is #132 the cameo and #138 the full appearance?

EDIT ---nevermind, found this information in the TWD thread--

  8. 8. Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero***

Just saw this for the first time today. OUTSTANDING!

    - Directed by Boyd Kirkland (from Batman: the Animated Series)

    - Kevin Conroy as Batman

    - Michael 'Commander Kang' Ansara as MR Freeze

    - Efrem Zimbalist, Jr. as Alfred

    3.5/5 stars

    (thumbs u

I didn't like the closing scene at first, but it really grew on me since. I wanted Freeze to have a happier ending, but he did get an unexpected happy one, just with no personal pay-off. It eventually seemed "real" as he hobbled off in the sunset as things will never be the same for him in the condition he is in. If only Batman & Robin (1997), had used Mr. Freeze like this...

Didn't know about this one, so I downloaded it and just finished watching. Very good. Thanks (thumbs u

  9. Wow. I had been holding back getting in on this book. hm

Same here! Ah well it's a seller market, I can wait!

:gossip: Daredevil #183 is still EXTREMELY undervalued imo. 1st DD and Pun meeting with an epic cover. Not too late to grab this one, for those of us that are waving goodbye to ASM 129.
