I have lots of silver age keys i was planning on holding onto for another 10-15 years, but the prices they are getting now seem outrageous. I don't need the money now so i think ill hold onto them. Hopefully im making the right decision.

Jim Lee
...with a soft spot for Whilce Portacio in the 90's
The guy who did Gen 13 in the 90's was pretty good too, dont remember who it was though.

Seriously look into local 829. Can be a storyboard artist, scenic artist, art director, draftsman, model maker etc.. for film and tv shows. All it takes is an application and passing a test. Might take a few trys but it is worth it. Once you get your union card your in even if you want to do something else.

Storyboard artist for tv and film. She should look into our scenic artist union, once your 18 you can apply and keep applying until you get in.

I'm not trying to be ultra negative here, but this film looks like trash, and the same old borderline garbage that FOX has been giving us. The only good thing going for it is that it looks like Mystique dies!
Can't believe how FOX butchered the S out of this franchise. All of the ingredients and recipes (characters/original story lines) were laid out right in front of them, yet time and time again they deviated from it. Overall, these X-Men movies have some of the worst story writing, and if it wasn't for Hugh Jackman, they wouldn't have been nearly as popular.
Furthermore, why the bleep would they even touch the Dark Phoenix saga? Don't they realize that the story only works in it's entirety, and not out of context? Did they not learn anything from the Last Stand? Good grief FOX. Good grief.
Is Storm taking the Momo challenge with those eyes?

VERY nice and classy. My wife would love those but she just says outta my junk room anyway. Problem is now your carpenter knows you collect comic book and nice ones as well. Have you thought of locks on those drawers or your room door? Me, I would have given him a modern Archie or Ritchie Rich to test.
You should put locks on it like i did for the one i built

I never even heard of the book, or even knew it was a book. Someone at work said it was a great movie and so i went to see it and thought it was pretty awesome.

Just a heads up to fellow fans of the Punisher Netflix series - looks like season two starts filming next week. I occasionally do background acting for films and television and got a notice about the shoot. Wish I could apply but I'm busy with my regular job so perhaps I will apply for something later on. The second series should debut on Netflix sometime in 2019.
were you ever on the blacklist or bull?

I hope someone can create a real useful and informative app for comic collecting then all the grunts on the board can rip it apart and scare them away from here.

If this had the cobra kai symbol on it i would take it

give it 3 decades and you won't care about building a million dollar set for $750,000 nor will you desire to spend your precious free time (being a film slave, you'll know what I mean) telling your friends anything about work at all.
BTW, why is it that you're building a set that cost "a million dollars" for "$750,000?" Shouldn't a set that cost a million, you know, cost a million? Dear Comic-Appreciating Friend, you're not giving your skill, talent and time away for free are you? Production is not your friend. They see you building that million dollar set for $750,00 now, they'll expect it for $500,00 on the next show.
I have been doing this for 3 decades, and when i ask for a million, $750,000 is usually all i get. I know how this game works trust me.
