The Cap 1 on CC got me thinking. I know it won't come close to an AC 1 or Tec 27 but I'm curious as to the record holders and where the next closest book comes in at....

I wouldn't be surprised--would love to see it. Cap 1 continues to get its due ......Argument for and against why Cap 1 is the "number 3" book in the hobby ??

a boardie picked u the bat story in tec 27 a few years back (albeit restored) and being piecemealed out wasn't out of the question. I inquired about page 3

My favorite page also, The Cover Swipe......page 5 in AC 1 and page 7 in Supes 1

what pages did you acquire? Personally, I'm interested in 3 single slabbed pages (would have to be unrestored as well) 1. Action Comics #1 pg 1 (origin page) 2. Action Comics #1 pg 5 (cover swipe) 3. Detective Comics #27 pg 3 (large panel with The Batman in picture and text)

Came across some stellar SA/BA Wonder Woman Cover art (multiples) along with some SA/BA Marvel interiors via an inheritance New to the OA game (Im a GA comic guy) but would love some insight via PM as to FMV PS .... New to this thread--not an OA guy. Came across a beautiful 12 cent cover OA WW #177. The Amazon ready to due battle with Kara front and center (if I knew how to upload pic I would) I can send to someone to review. Trying to get FMV. Seller has no idea what it's worth. Please help !!!

Welcome to GA ! It is addicting! The closest shop to you it sounds like is in Kenosha . A store called Inner Child. Owner is Dr Steve Kahn. Fantastic and honest guy (Overstreet Advisor too BTW). It's not a GA store per say but he is always looking and might end up with some depending on what inventory he brings in week to week. He is a collector too and has GA so he might be interested in selling some of his personal collection (can't hurt to ask). Are you looking to travel into the City at all ? I'm sure you are aware of WW in Rosemont next week --a plethora of GA if you haven't been.....

Anyone ever see one of these raw or slabbed ever? Never came across one.....
