  1. The Campbell Supergirl commission piece did incredibly well at $12750. Was it published?
  2. Very true, it just feels like it should be more by now. The Cockrum jumped by $40K since this morning. I would expect some movement on the Jim Lee X Men as well.
  3. A 90's Jim Lee X Men double page splash featuring Claws Out Wolverine and Omega Red should be hovering above $50K as the auction is coming to an end. This one currently sits at $18K What is the difference value consensus of Scott Williams's inks versus Art Thibert? In the past, it felt it was close to double. Is it 3X now?
  4. Really like that Bachalo Death promo poster. I am definitely intrigued with the Bolland AnimalMan 1 Cover
  5. The series overall is good. I think Death was miscast .... I was hoping for Anya Taylor Joy. The extra episodes of Dream of A Thousand Cats and Calliope were outstanding.
  6. The series overall is good. I think Death was miscast ...The extra episodes of Dream of A Thousand Cats and Calliope were exceptional.
  7. I'm a Sandman fan overall, and I recognize exceptional and rare pages such as this one. I think the art from the series was due for some acknowledgment. Albeit been from early issues from Sam Kieth, Mike Dringenberg, Kelley Jones, and Bachalo (W/ HCOL) or later issues with art from Zulli or Thompson. You will see that I make comments regarding most of Sandman art. This one specifically more so, because it's an incredible piece that never comes to light. I do have pages from early issues, unfortunately, I was late to the game in acquiring them because I let the 14-year-old boy in me run amok collecting Jim Lee or McFarlane's, no regrets thought. Equally, I was pulling for the Netflix show to do really well. IMO It's good, but not great. Definitely room for improvement.
  8. Currently sitting at $36K...there's lots room there.
  9. Dino's kindness matches his prices. He always has the best-selling price. I've been lucky and beneficiary on a few of those. I haven't sold any of them, but when I do, I know I will do quite all right. CLAIM12-DINO
  10. Yes, that's the one. Regardless of the emoticon, it is a phenomenal page, from and magnificent issue of a fantastic series. To each their own.
  11. Some nice ones for sure. Particularly the Kelley Jones page from the Season of the Mist story arc. Sill...nothing like that beauty in the current ComicLink auction featuring Death and Morpheus from Issue 8.
  12. These are solid prices, considering that most pages being offered were not A+ material.
  13. Strong Starts for the Cockrum X Men 122 Cover, Sienkiewicz Moon Knight 14 Cover, and the Dringenberg Sandman 8 page.
  14. The Brunner Dr. Strange did better than I expected at 84K. Plenty of activity on auction day.
  15. I know there are a few days left, but prices are exceptionally low.
  16. Humberto Ramos Cover Sale. ASM 19 and Champions # 1 Two Connecting Covers for Sale. Champions # 1 and Amazing Spider-Man #19 (2016) by fan-favorite Humberto Ramos (pencil and inks) NYCC Exclusive Variant. Published as three different variants. Size 13" X 16" Art features Mary Jane, The Hulk, and Black Cat getting engulfed by the Venom Symbiote. Price: $5750 $5000
  17. I see it the same. The signature won't affect its value. It is not like A+ pages from this issue are growing on trees.
  18. There have been three pages from Sandman # 8 (Death First appearance) that have hit the open market since last year (2022). All three have feature Death. One is currently in auction from the same issue, but it does not feature the character. Page 21 Sold on Apr 8, 2022 for $90K on HA Page 14 Sold on Nov 18, 2022 for $102K on HA Page 7 Sold on Jun 7, 2023 for $100.5K on Clink IMHO, this is a far better page. Selling over 100K is not farfetched.
  19. Bob Hall (1989) Published in Nightmare on Elm Street Magazine.
  20. I remember reading this book the first time, and the true incarnation/representation of Death didn't hit me until this page. The sadness and natural aspect of it. "Is that all I get". "I'm afraid so". So simple and powerful. I just reread it again, and it still holds.
