  1. This isn't the first time this conversation has happened, it seems that every couple of days someone discovers HvD #0 and has $_$. Those panels are marvels tongue in cheek dig at cosplayers before the characters were published, its in a deadpool book ffs. If this book has demand at all, it will be from "investors". EOSV 2 on the other hand has all the potential to be hot for a long time. The character is the best thing to come out of marvel all year and she is going to be everywhere. I can see a hit netflix cartoon.

You should buy 50 copies then . . . :baiting:

Why, you have some ebay "NM"s to unload?

  3. the shops in my local area didn't get but 1 copy each and they were gone pretty fast... They had a poop ton of the Halloween cover though...

So I did a few BIN on ebay for $15 shipped.

Anyone else notice the Marvel 75th Anniversary Deadpool covers this week being pretty hard to grab? The 3 shops I hit at 11:30am were all sold out...

The Human Torch cover is the money one (in terms of art and homage factor)!

Grabbed that for $20 today, and the Connors Harley variant for $20 as well at a shop.

Totally agree, I got both today too. $15 each though, I got an extra HQ if anyone needs one.

  4. The best thing I learned from the boards was the phrase 'buy the book and not the grade'. If it is a book you would enjoy if you were shopping at a booth, and certainly raw books give you that greater ability, then I wouldn't care too much about the grade.

I've seen stellar graded books from 8.5 and up.

The best part of buying the book and not the grade for slabs is that they usually arrive in the same condition as the scans, unlike raw books that can get damaged in shipping. I'm sure some slabs get damaged in transit, but it has to be a super low percentage compared to raws.
