And have fanboys complain that characters X, Y, and Z aren't in the game simply because it's not "realistic" for Nightwing to stand toe-to-toe with Ares. They explained it in-game as them taking a pill designed by...Luthor? that gave them augmented strength and durability. Fairly thin explanation, but at least it's there.

I can only imagine the lens flare porn if JJ Abrams got to direct Superman flying all about.

Or Nightwing, or Deathstroke or Green Arrow or Lex Luthor or Catwoman or any other character without powers that would be snapped like a twig. Sometimes you just have to play the game and shut the heck up.

I think he was telling Batman, "Don't trust Luthor." Coming from an alternate future where Barry saw the Ultimate cut and knew Luthor was making plans with Steppenwolf, he went back in time to warn Batman about the whole situation.

One weakness all of these shows have with being interconnected is that it leads to some fairly stupid and minor plot holes. Like Zoom brings every meta-villain on Earth 2 to Central City and Barry is forced to take them down by himself (and the sonic Fat Man)? We know he has access to Green Arrow, Supergirl, Speedy, Hawkman, Hawkgirl and Supergirl. Why didn't/couldn't Barry call them for help? I would take an ersatz Justice League episode over the Earth-2 Legion of Doom being taken down by something that can be countered with Bose headphones.
