  1. Or have Loki/Odin capture Thor and the Hulk, convict them in some Asgardian kangaroo court and force them to fight in the arena to earn their honor back. Keeps everything neatly connected to the MCU that's already been established and you don't have to spend a lot of time introducing a ton of new characters like the Red King, Miek, etc. Furthermore, you don't have to explain the illuminati, of whom Marvel only has the rights to half and have introduced two or Sakaar. Asgard is already established, Loki is already a money villain, and you know that theater would pop when Hulk finally got his mitts on Loki.
  2. Wouldn't you be mad if you couldn't get your rocks off? (Pun heavily intended)
  3. Why is Magneto working for Apocalypse? His ego is so huge that he wouldn't serve as one of the four Horsemen. He's above such things. Why is Mystique an X-Man? Oh, right. Because Jennifer Lawrence is playing her. Only reason. How does Cyclops concussive force eye beams get stopped by lightning? Scott can blow a hole in the side of a mountain, but a lightning bolt stops them dead. Why can Beast transform back and forth at will? Because it's cheaper and easier to not have Nicholas Hoult in make-up for the entire thing. God knows what Fox will do to the Starjammers and the Shi'Ar. They'll probably have Corsair be Mystique's father because J-Law and Lilandra be in a love triangle with Xavier and Magneto because they need more reasons for them to fight. Not good enough to be diametrically opposed to mutantkind's role in society.
  4. And Pittsburgh. Viva La Pittsburgh Comicon!
  5. Jason Mewes' cameo made my laugh out loud. Only the guy who plays Jay could pull off "Hey! That's my mom's car!"
  6. I can't wait to see how Fox/Singer screw up Old Man Logan.
  7. Sweet! It's been promoted from Redbox/HBO viewing to renting it from Verizon. Huzzah, Singer. Huzzah.
  8. The 1990s animated Apocalypse is the definitive Apocalypse in my opinion. This just looks scrapbooked together and just.... I'll rent it.
  9. Yeah, you need to immediately delete your account based on that garbage comment. Get out. I actually just re-read Thanos Quest tonight and it was better than I remember. Much, much shorter than I would like but not a bad read. Infinity War, on the other hand, was absolute rubbish.
  10. IMHO, Thanos Quest was a pretty underwhelming book and to make it into a movie would make the pacing even choppier than the book.
  11. The Bothans stole the plans to Death Star II, not the OG one.
  12. You all are thinking about this way too much. Haha.
  13. Even if it's a cowboy/sheriff's hat, it could be a red herring by AMC to throw speculators off the scent.
  14. Better be Glenn. He's had his run on the show and I can't see what more they could get out of his character. An important aspect of Maggie's character growth is Glenn dying and her moving to the Hilltop and setting up shop.
  15. Greggy is like CGC's version of that hot dog vendor who follows Marge and Homer to every social event. "Lady, he's putting my kids through college!"
  16. Hmm...you mean you can't just take shots of rain, lightning and people in tights punching each other, run it through ten different Instagram filters, and make a billion dollars? You need plot, story and character development? Some people are actually starting to catch on to Zack Snyder?
  17. I think Cudlitz Cudlitzed his way into not being killed by Dwight. He's so natural and awesome in the role that the writers must have thought, "Eh, it. Kill the fat girl instead."
