    He seems to take zero responsibility for the entire mess. You have no idea if this has happened before or might happen again. When people don't out buyers like this they make it easy for them to do it again. Something to think about.

    Is he expecting you to now give a refund or is he going through paypal? I would expect at the very least you would withhold shipping costs both ways as well as any paypal fees you were charged. A probation list nomination should also be happening.

    Boardie took on the risk, not you. He should have gotten payment first and then paid you. This is 100% on him. And then to say he is just going to refuse the package? Sounds like someone you certainly shouldn't be feeling sorry for.

    I really find them to be great stress relievers. I'll do a little at a time and it's just nice mindless fun. I've got quite a collection of Frazetta puzzles. Only missing a few. Some are in the original sealed packaging and I won't open.

    Good post. Probably the thing I like best about CGC is that I know I can (or at least should be able to) get raw books cheaper. I'm not super picky so this works out for me. Of course I still buy CGC books and have quite a few, but these days I mostly limit that to signature series and good deals for the most part.
