  1. Awesome. Where did you come across these?
  2. I have no idea when this saga started. Maybe it's been that long already. Plus it never hurts to start the discussion. It's amazing how many people suddenly do the right thing when the discussion comes up.
  3. How many do you have? I can barely handle one.
  4. 1 day. Why should they get to keep your money for any longer? You can nominate them to the probation list.
  5. Yet they can't censor the massive amount of spam. Fix this carp.
  6. I went last year and wasn't thrilled. But I had free tickets so that helped.
  7. I believe so. The one is Philly is at the Clarion Hotel. The one in Cherry Hill is at the Day's Inn. I think that one is run by the owner of Frankenstein Comics (I think his name is Bill). Although I could be wrong about that.
  8. Baltimore. Plus a lot of smaller shows. There is one in Philly (by the airport) that I like and another one they do in Cherry Hill, NJ. Between the two there seem to be 4-6 a year.
  9. So this information just makes the seller look that much worse. It appears it really was seller's remorse. Which doesn't even make sense for such a low dollar book.
  10. So what exactly was in the message about not going through with the sale. If it doesn't say a mistake was made in price that is sketchy.
  11. Seller's remorse is certainly PL worthy if that is what you want to do.
  12. Did you pay via Paypal? I would do a chargeback ASAP.
  13. I think there is very clearly a remedy for the seller to get off the PL list if put on. He can go through with the original deal.
  14. Not regretting my decision to ditch this one.
  15. Pretty amazing bonus. Congrats!!! It makes me wonder how many comics are out there with signatures (not just Frazetta) where the person has no clue. I have so many purchases that I have never taken out of the bag and inspected.
  16. Personally one day was enough for me. I certainly had enough time to cover every booth quite a few times. But I don't wait in line for sigs or photos. I take the wife and do one day at the con and another sightseeing. The aquarium is always fun. Plus tons of good restaurants.
  17. To be clear I have no issue with charging. Charging $100 for a sig or photo is what I have an issue with. And if it is a current actor, they are getting publicity on top of it all. So it's not like they aren't getting something out of it anyway.
  18. Celebrity autographs and photos seem even more outrageous to me. I could see it if the person isn't working any more and it solely doing it for the money. But the actors currently working making millions of dollars per show/movie and charge $100 for a sig and another $100 for a photo just seems like a slap in the face to me.
  19. So what % if people standing in line are CGC customers? If it is very small they won't notice any difference if they aren't in line any more.
  20. They don't care. People are willing to wait in line 4 hours.
  21. If I spent big dollars for a VIP ticket (not that I ever would) I would definitely be pissed if there were people going in front of me who didn't pay for that ticket. If that is being "douchey" so be it.
