  1. She also said every single book goes through a QC check.
  2. I did not do walkthrough. I hope like hell that wouldn't take over 7 months. This question should probably be asked in general in the current turn around time thread.
  3. CGC remains fully focused on maintaining the quality and integrity of our services I'm thinking people were hoping for an improvement in quality, not to maintain the garbage we are seeing on a daily basis. I need to stop reading that announcement.
  4. Clearing the package backlog is the first step to improving turnaround times Is it? Have the graders been sitting around with nothing to do because they haven't opened enough packages?
  5. This is my favorite line. As if anyone had any choice but to be patient. Its not like you can ask them to just return your books. We are grateful for the support and patience of the thousands of submitters who have entrusted CGC with their comics
  6. Is this the thread where we act impressed that CGC figured out how to open up their mail?
  7. I completely regret sending anything in.
  8. It really is the worst flex ever.
  9. I loved the first one and had no idea they made a second. But it certainly sounds horrible.
  10. So what is the correlation (if any) to when you get charged to when you get graded? Just got charged.
  11. I completely regret sending in a submission. My main goal is to get them back undamaged and sometime this year. I don't know what would have to change for me to have any faith in CGC, but it will be a very long time before I would submit again, if ever.
  12. My wife walked in today with a newspaper. I was like why on earth did you buy one. She said you always say we need some Sunday comics for your gift exchange.
  13. That's awesome. And I didn't realize until I got home and saw his email address that he teaches at JMU. Where my niece goes and has heard of him. Small world indeed.
