Are we "get off my lawn" old if we recall when a complete copy that looked like that wouldn't even sell in the past for the current bid right now.

I have a bunch of 9-30's that I am pretty sure was dropped off with yours since they were delivered by the same person, mine went to GEI the same day, I can check your update posts instead of my status with false hopes of mine going out the same as yours. The Value tier books from the same submissions haven't moved though, only moderns.

If we are keeping track like a weight loss support group. I sorta stayed focused on only the written list for the January CL auctions. I wound up picking up several Gi Joe and other copper books that seemed cheap compared to last year. I did not upgrade anything yet, and looking at current prices that may not happen again this year. Off the list so far Primer 2 Spawn 174 Brave and Bold 57 Wonder Woman 200 Transformers 8 And to prove how terrible I am at this at times, the CL invoice has 19 books on it, so 15 that were not on any list inbound.

Or catch restoration. a 3.0 is not what it used to be....

I also noticed the younger more hip crowds at shows, my wife reminds me no matter how cool others are coming into the hobby I am still a nerd. Granted they tend to gravitate to areas of the show I do not but it is still good to see. I have often thought about the generational changes coming. For me the nostalgia is beyond what the movies share or promote. Today's generation is definitely robbed of standing in gas stations and drug stores drooling over spinner racks that introduce you to characters beyond movies (which we did not have). On topic CL prices on books I planned on snagging this round were above last few sales. I was shooting for that Showcase 6 thinking DC was still off the radar but got sniped at the end by $100.Did grab a Steranko cover I wanted well below planned spend, but so far only have three wins on about 15 serious bids.
