  1. You are going to pay a ''lot'' more for a BB28 with no to minimal issues in cgc 6.0 to 8.0. It is like TTA 27 and SC4 they are all very hard books to find with nice eye appeal. I know 1st hand I purchased a CGC 6.0 with almost no issues at all on the book but almost paid 8400$ for it. To my knowledge most BB28 have issues of some kind or another I mean this is a book from 1960. Link to the 6.0 I purchased from Heritage Auction (at the time of auction 8400$ was and is still a lot but when you find a BB28 with very nice eye appeal you must not miss your chance): http://comics.ha.com/itm/silver-age-1956-1969-/the-brave-and-the-bold-28-justice-league-of-america-dc-1960-cgc-fn-60-cream-to-off-white-pages/a/7147-91236.s?ic4=ListView-ShortDescription-071515
  2. Exactly listening to critics when you are a grown person give me a break (Use your own critical thinking that is why we have a brain and forget about other peoples influences)....we all know it is a state of mind how we fell about a movie....some days we like a movie some days we do not like it as much and some days we can't stand it.
  3. Not sure what you mean by fugly most BB28 have cream to off white pages and most look like this and some a lot worse in the same grade range.
  4. Can't believe you guys putting down a super hero movie when we only get a few new ones each year....so why not try to make the best of it and enjoy them all!! Would you rather have say Jurassic Park 6 (whatever the number is at now) than a so so super hero movie....seriously!! It is the X-Men how could it not be at the bare minimum at least decent movie (Better than 95% of the movies that come out nowadays). They said the same stuff each time a movie came out almost....know what most of them where really good or at least simply good!! Of course some critics want to say bad things they get paid to do that and they know people will read those comments over positive ones. Critics bahh lolll they expect every little detail to be perfect to their own little needs!! Enjoy the movie I know I will no matter the negative critics of a group of people that most likely are never happy about any movie!!
  5. I can't wait to see this movie I love the X-Men!! Critics and more critics (some good and some bad) so who cares what they say just enjoy the movie for yourself!! We only get a few new movies each year so make the best of it go into it with a positive attitude!!
  6. Very nice....welcome to the club!! Congrats!!
  7. 5 days left for this TMNT #1 CGC 9.6 White Pages in this Heritage auction. Bidding is at 4600$ (5497$ with BP). This will be a good gauge of this books current value in 2016. 8. It looks like both staples have rust on them and brittle pages are both bad things going for that otherwise nice looking SC 4. I would not be a buyer for even a single one of those 2 issues.
  9. Congrats this book has become one of my all time favorite (after watching the 1st movie and can't wait for the 2nd movie).
  10. There will always be people will disposable income to spend. Every generation says the same things you just mentioned but the funny thing is that in every generation AF15 has always done well and easily sells for the price asked based on that current year....and this will only continue. Every year a new batch of collectors attain their financial goal to be able to buy a AF15 and this will continue every single year. Same goes for Action Comics #1 and Detective Comics #27 or any other major key.
  11. Wow those are some awesome looking high graded X-men books!!
  12. Wow....that is a super nice looking 7.0 congrats!!
  13. Can't go wrong with a AF15!! Congrats on joining this prestigious club!!
  14. There is a TMNT #1 CGC 9.6 White Pages coming up for sale at Heritage Auctions. Link: http://comics.ha.com/itm/modern-age-1980-present-/alternative-underground/teenage-mutant-ninja-turtles-1-mirage-studios-1984-cgc-nm-96-white-pages/p/7137-50001.s?ic3=ViewItem-Auction-Preview-BrowseThisAuction-120115
  15. 99% of collectors will tell you to buy a AF15 it is just to important of a book for it not to continue to grow over time!! Again Hulk #1 would be my 2nd choice and SC4 would be my 3rd.
  16. Yeah that is what I heard as well and key issues will only continue to grow. If a PSA 1 on a scale of 10 T206 Honus Wagner baseball card can sell for almost 500 000$ then Spidey can go beyond that since Spidey is way more in demand (The comic book market is way more healthy than the card market and will always be).
  17. OK be doom and gloom don't buy a AF15 and regret it later!! I personally do not care if people like you do not buy one many many others will and I am happy I have mine stored away.
  18. AF15's are only going up in value (And most likely that trend will never stop...in my opinion key comic books will enter the world of art at auction in the long run...and some ugly paintings sell for over 100$ million dollars). Buy one while you can. And if you can't afford one anymore buy a Hulk #1 can't go wrong with that issue either. As you probbaly already know Spider-Man will be in the up coming Captain America Movie and then will join the Avengers. This will make AF15 even more in demand if that is even possible. The hard thing with buying a nice looking AF15 in a certain grade most are now in ''permanent'' collections. So if you find a nice looking one (minor front cover chipping and creases) buy it. I know there is a member here G.A.tor I believe has multiple copies graded by CGC he might sell you one.
